Frisco & Felicia #13 May 19 - July 1, 1986: 8 hour original edit

DVD #13A Frisco keeps missing Kevin, Patrick and Terry who are out sightseeing and having a grand time. Some spectacular underwater footage is shown with Kevin and Terry and Patrick scuba diving. Frisco rents a jeep and spots Kevin and Terry on the beach. Unfortunately, his jeep gives out and Frisco is forced to run on foot. Making it to the beach, Frisco grabs a spare scuba mask and heads for the water just as Kevin and Patrick are diving in. Kevin spots Frisco and sending Terry away, he then grabs Frisco from behind ripping off his mask. Frisco suffocating, makes his way to the top and collapses on the beach.

Back in Port Charles, Felicia tells Bobbie that her relationship with Frisco is a mess! She is upset that he took off for Catalina and only left her a note! A shaken Bobbie tells her that Kevin is the killer. He murdered Jennifer, Earl Moody, and Neil Johnson. Terri’s life is in grave danger and Frisco is trying to save her! Felicia then fills Tanya in.

5/20 Anna and Jake arrive at the hotel and find Frisco is not there but he left a note where he's going. Lousy timing for Anna and Jake who get caught in a wild goose chase over Catalina trying to find Kevin. Anna and Jake are now trying to find a missing Frisco! Anna calls Felicia to see if she has heard from him, which worries Felicia even more!

Felicia heads to GH and confronts Lucy (who is doing community service there). She promises her if anything happens to Teri or Frisco that she will make sure Lucy spends the rest of her life behind bars. She lunges at Lucy and Brian has to restrain her. Anna and Jake learn that he was headed for the beach. Frisco swims to the beach and collapses unconscious. 

5/21 An unconscious Frisco is admitted to the hospital and he is listed in critical condition. Kevin continues planting condemning evidence that Terry's a killer while he and Patrick are out scuba diving. Later, Kevin in bed with Terry drugs her some more planting more murderous thoughts in her head.

5/22 Bobbie and Felicia learn that Frisco is missing when they call the local desk clerk. Felicia is distraught. Frisco wakes up and lets Jake and Anna know the latest. He tells them that he caught up with them on one of the beaches. He saw Kevin dragging Teri into the water, that someone bashed Frisco’s head into a rock. He unfortunately did not see Kevin do it so they can’t press charges. Frisco calls a relieved Felicia.

Drugging Terry's tea once more, Terri sleepwalks over and jumps into the pool with the knife. Patrick saves her. The hotel manager rules this attempted suicide and calls the local doctor. The Dr. after seeing Terri says she needs to be admitted to the local sanitarium. Kevin faking concern agrees to take her there. Kevin and Terri leave their hotel. Before they leave, Teri scrawls on the mirror, “I am a murderer, please help me".

5/26 Felicia makes it to Catalina to be with Frisco in the hospital. She apologizes for not believing in him and they start making out. She doesn’t understand how could they have been so wrong about Kevin. Frisco agrees, “everyone except Anna”. Anna, Jake, Frisco and Felicia try to figure out where Kevin has taken Terri.

The doctor attending Frisco takes a call while checking in on him. The call is from the doctor at the Seaview sanitarium where Teri has just been checked into. Hearing O'Conner's name being mentioned Frisco learns where Teri is. When he tries to call back he can't get through (Kevin has cut the phone lines). Frisco informs Jake and Anna of Terry's whereabouts. 

5/28 Jake arrives and informs Terry that Kevin killed Jennifer and is trying to gas light her. Terry can't believe it at first until Jake assures her he wouldn't lie to her. Terry becomes emotional and the nurse orders him out. Teri sneaks out of the sanitarium and runs straight to Kevin. Kevin takes Terry away.

5/29 Frisco and Felicia are still at the hospital, Frisco is anxious to leave the hospital. (Jack Wagner had hurt his arm at one of his concerts, so his injury was written into the story) Frisco wants to finish the job that he started. Felicia just wants Frisco home safe so they can get married! Frisco insists that he is going to Seaview to join Anna and Jake.

Terri and Kevin are running through the hills of Catalina. Kevin still trying to convince Terry that she's a killer. He gives her a gun and tries to make her commit suicide. But Terry turns the gun on Kevin confronting him with all his crimes. Terri fires the gun and orders Kevin to start walking. Terri fires the gun again and chases Kevin through the hills at gunpoint. Terry chases Kevin and tortures him into confessing his crimes. He murdered Jennifer, Earl Moody and Neil Johnson. Kevin taunts Terry and she fires another shot missing him. Kevin now knows that Terry is out of bullets. He picks up the gun, now Teri is running for her life.

5/30 Frisco and Felicia arrive back home. Bobbie is frantic with worry over Teri’s safety. Frisco tells her that Kevin fooled them all and they can just pray that Jake and Anna have gotten to her in time. The doctor calls and tells them about the gun shots they have heard but they don’t know if anyone is injured. With Frisco's evidence, Patrick finally believes it's true about Kevin. Kevin takes Teri to a secluded hilltop. Pushing Teri over the edge, the helpless woman grabs onto a drainpipe. Jake arrives and gets into a battle with Kevin. Teri makes her way up, and hits Kevin over the head with a rock. Kevin falls over the hill to his death. Jake tells Teri that everyone must know that he killed Kevin in self defense.



6/2 Felicia is thrilled to see that Jake and Teri have arrived home. Anna pays a call on Frisco congratulating him on a fine job he did on the case. Felicia, Anna, and Robin visit Buzz in the hospital. Felicia comes home and Frisco tells her that she isn’t leaving again until after they have made love! Later in bed, Felicia insists that she is moving out till after the wedding. Frisco tells her it will feel like years! Frisco kisses her and promises her that they will be happy together for the rest of their lives!

6/4 Frisco and Sam patrolling the waterfront. They come across a man that was just mugged. The only thing Frisco can find out from the man is his mumbling of the name "Angel Moran". Felicia enlists Terry to help her with her upcoming wedding. Frisco thinks Buzz's attack is linked to Angel Moran. Felicia asks Sam to be one of her bridesmaids. Frisco and Felicia agree to an old fashioned marriage, which means separation and no sex till the wedding night. Frisco is finding it difficult to hold out.

Frisco questions the man that was beaten up, but he finds that he won't talk for fear of his life. Frisco has Alan release the man so he can follow him to Angel Moran. The man does just that, and Frisco is able to nab Moran. Frisco again tries for some smooching with Felicia but she turns him away. Anna has Angel in custody, Guy tells Anna to go to her reception and not worry about a thing.

6/6 Tonight's the night of the Policeman's Ball, which also is a tribute to Anna. Frisco wearing a tux and Felicia her evening gown spend a romantic evening at the ball, also enjoying the company of their friends and family. The mayor presents Anna with plaque for her work on solving the murder case. Frisco tells Anna that Guy called and needs her at the station right away. Back home, Frisco again tries to get amorous with Felicia.

6/9 Frisco wants to make love but Felicia wants to wait so their wedding night will be special. They are interrupted by Sam and her brother. Anna, Frisco, Felicia and Jimmy Lee visit Buzz at GH.

6/10 Monica agrees to allow Felicia and Frisco to use the Q mansion for their upcoming wedding. Frisco and the cadets graduate the academy and receive their weapons. Frisco has been assigned a beat with Burt Ramsey, who promised Robert Scorpio he would be a guardian angel to the rookie. Felicia is annoyed that Frisco is paying too much attention to the academy, and calls off the wedding. After a tearful talk with Tanya, Felicia comes to her senses and decides to hold the wedding in the Brownstone after all. Frisco and the gang surprise her with a celebration dinner.

6/12 Tony and Jake prepare for Frisco's bachelor party. Felica helping Anna, Tanya and Sam to pick out their dresses for the wedding. Jake surprises Bobbie, Patrick and Yank with news of a surprise stag party for Frisco. Tanya Bobbie and Sam are arranging the same thing for Felicia.

6/13 Frisco and Felicia meet at Kelly’s the morning of his first assigned beat as a cop.

DVD #13B 6/13 Burt and Frisco are out on their first beat together on the waterfront. Duke hires Felicia to watch over his books at the waterfront club. He's counting on this latest development to further confuse Anna.

6/14 Frisco and Felicia are planning their wedding and already opening wedding presents that are arriving. Anna is a special guest for Captain Lewis's training session. Anna shows them how to carry a second key discreetly in their pockets so if they are ever handcuffed by a criminal. 

6/17 Felicia and Frisco enjoy an evening with Vince and his wife, Nina. Nina invites Felicia to the weekly gathering of police officer’s wives. It is actually Felicia becomes fast friends with Nina Viscotti. Frisco and his partner stop by the Webbers, having no idea they are walking into a hostage situation! They are also taken hostage. Frisco breaks his walkie talkie so the robber's can't hear the latest on their escape. For his heroic efforts he is beat up.

6/18 Mariah arrives in PC and surprises Felicia. Frisco, Ginny, Lucy and Rick are still being held hostage. Patrick shows up for his date with Lucy. The crooks take him hostage as well to assist Rick with the surgery on their partner. Meanwhile Frisco's buddies are waiting for him to arrive for his bachelor party. Frisco discretely finds the key to his handcuffs in his shoe. Derek goes on TV and announces the escape of the robbers as the group listens in. Frisco's friends wonder where Patrick and Frisco have gone. They are not showing up for the party.

Felicia’s friends hold their own bridal shower for her. Brian calls the Webber’s, Lucy is held at gunpoint when she answers the phone. She gives a clue when she says that she has not seen Patrick or Frisco. Burt calls Anna to tell her that the getaway van has been seen in the Webber's neighborhood. Anna immediately jumps to the conclusion that Frisco has run into them and that is why he has gone missing. They were headed to the Webber’s last anyone heard from them!

Felicia senses that something is going on and begs Anna to tell her what is up. Anna can't keep the secret from Felicia, and tells her that Frisco may be in danger. Anna and Burt arrive at the Webber's for a showdown with the criminals. Rick and Patrick are used as cover by one of the thugs and ordered to evacuate the area.

A terrified Felicia runs out of the shower and heads to the Webber’s. Anna stops her and pulls her down behind the bushes. Just as the head robber decides to kill Frisco and Vince, Frisco is able to undo his handcuffs. Rick, Patrick and Frisco engage in a battle and subdue the crooks. Frisco is wounded in the ordeal by a gunshot. It's only a flesh wound. Felicia runs into his arms, thrilled to see he is alive! She notices that  but Felicia seeing the danger of her future husband’s chosen professional, she runs away from him. 

6/19 Frisco's a hero with the brownstone group. But Felicia won't talk to him. He's got to calm her down because she wants to call off the wedding. She tells him seeing him laying on the floor at the Webber’s was the worst moment of her life and she can’t live like that never knowing if he will come home at night. Frisco informs Jake, Bobbie, and Maria that the wedding is off. Maria  has a heart to heart talk with Felicia hoping to change her mind. Then Bobbie and Terri stop in to talk to Felicia.

Meanwhile, Frisco vents to Tony on the docks. He doesn’t know what to do, he can’t give up his career. Tony gives him some advice on trying to reach Felicia. Tony assures him the love the two of them share will win! Frisco promises that he will not let her go without a fight!

Frisco goes back to the brownstone to talk to her. He tells her how much he loves what he does. She says that is before she saw him get shot! He reminds her that he graduates from the academy tomorrow and he wants her there. He says he never would have made it through it if not for her. Sam comes in and tells them that Nina has gone into labor and she needs Felicia there for her. Felicia has a melt down as she blames the stress of the hostage situation on Nina going into premature labor and it is due to Vince being a cop! She sobs that she just can’t be a cop’s wife!

Sean stops by to console his Princess. Sean mediates peace talks with the two young newlywed hopefuls. Tanya tells Felicia she is acting like a spoiled child and she belongs at the hospital with her new friend. She gets through to her and Felicia soon arrives at GH.

Felicia is touched when Frisco's cop buddy Vince and his wife Nina have their baby at GH. The baby is named after Frisco. But this still doesn't change Felicia's mind. Sean tells her that Frisco is a survivor and he just hopes Frisco doesn’t have to do it alone. Anna wants Frisco’s assurance that he will still attend the graduation ceremony. Vince comes out and announces his son is born! Everyone cheers and celebrates. They are naming the baby after Frisco, his name will be Frisco Friscotti!

Sean tells Monica that he struck out on getting through to Felicia. Monica noticing how Felicia is gazing a Frisco across the lobby, assures Sean there WILL be a wedding. Monica arrives at the brownstone and proceeds with wedding plans. An annoyed Bobbie tries to get Monica to accept that the wedding is off! Monica tells Bobbie she saw the way Felicia was looking at Frisco and this wedding is happening! Tony gets on board, then Tanya and Sean and soon everyone is scurrying around readying the brownstone for a wedding! Later upon graduating from the Academy, Felicia shows up and runs into his arms. She has had a change of heart and the wedding is back on!

6/20 Bobbie is stomping around the brownstone complaining about them continuing with wedding plans. It's Frisco's Birthday, and Felicia and Frisco talk over the intercom. Bobbie, Teri, Jake, Tony, Tanya are thrilled to listen in on the downstairs intercom as Frisco and Felicia talk about the wedding being back on! Everyone at the Brownstone is over joyed and sings “Happy Birthday” to Frisco over the intercom.

Anna tries to tell Robin that the wedding is off. Robin says no that Bobbie just called and said the wedding is on! When Felicia realizes that that she canceled the caterers, Ruby, Brian, Claudia, Dan and Lila prepare all the goodies at Kelly's themselves.

Frisco arrives to see Robin. He gets down on one knee and he gives her a ring. He asks her to remember how much he loves her and how special she is to him. She gives him a big hug and tells him how much she loves him too! A chocked up Anna tells him that Felicia is a very lucky girl!

Monica mentions to Edward and Alan that she is going to Frisco and Felicia’s wedding. After she leaves, Alan tells Edward that he is having Sean’s place watched as he is sure she is going to use the wedding to sneak off for a tryst with Sean. The private eye sees all the goings on as the penthouse is being prepared for a romantic wedding night for Frisco and Felicia. Alan hides in waiting with snoopy Chuck Morrison and his camera.

Felicia panics once again when she remembers that she also canceled the minister too! Anna puts out an APB for the missing reverend! Frisco talking to Felicia over the intercom tries to assure her that Jake will find a minister. Not long after, Burt arrives and saves the day when arrives with the Reverend still in his tennis shorts! He found him on the tennis courts. The wedding begins with Robin as the flower girl. Samantha, Anna and Tanya as Bridesmaids. Sean escorts the beautiful Felicia down the aisle.

6/23 As the wedding begins, sirens are heard all around. Everyone holds their breath until Guy enters with the Police Honor Guard! Frisco and Felicia finally say their vows in front of all their friends. The ceremony ends and all their friends great the bride and groom. Frisco and Felicia take the dance floor and he sings,"LADY OF MY HEART". As they dance, Sean tells Monica that the penthouse should be just about ready for the surprise he set up for the newlyweds.

Alan and Chuck sneak in and find the Harum tent, platter of grapes, champagne, and the set up for an Arabian fantasy. Alan can't believe Monica has fallen for such a corny environment.  Frisco and Felicia cut the wedding cake and Tony makes the toast. They go upstairs to change and prepare to depart for their honeymoon.

Felicia and Frisco share a moment upstairs alone as he tells her how much he loves her and how incredibly beautiful she looked as she came down the stairs. Frisco and Felicia prepare to depart but not till they toss the bouquet and garter. Felicia tosses the garter and Anna ends up catching it. To make matters worse when Frisco tosses the garter it lands in Duke's hands!

Felicia & Frisco arrive at the Sean’s penthouse and love the Arabian decorations! They are tickled the lengths everyone went to in order to give them a wonderful day. He wants her to wear the belly dancer outfit. She agrees she will if he will wear the sheik outfit. Chuck and Alan are outside on the terrace at the penthouse. They hear the couples voices. Alan is sure he is about to catch Monica and Sean in a compromising situation! While the two lovers get dressed up in their harum outfits and are about to make love, Alan and Chuck burst in taking pictures. A shocked and flustered Alan make quick excuses and a hasty exit!

6/23 Good Morning America - interview with Jack Wagner and Kristina Malandro the day of Frisco and Felicia’s wedding.

6/24 Frisco and Felicia awake the next morning and continue their honeymoon with lots of smooching. They share a feast of a breakfast. Frisco gets dressed up in his uniform. It's his first day on the beat. Maria bids the two lovers goodbye, she's going off to Texas. Duke calls Felicia and tells her that he has to postpone her first day at work until after his meeting with the Mayor. Frisco and his partner spot Angel getting a job on the docks. Frisco remembers when he busted Angel on a beating and Duke got him out of jail. Patrick tells Frisco he can't understand what Kevin saw in Lucy.

Night Two of Frisco and Felicia's honeymoon. This time the two enjoy a romantic French Paris fantasy out of the 40's. 

6/25 Felicia tells Sean about Alan and Chuck interfering with their honeymoon. Sean is angry to hear that Alan had broken into his penthouse. Felicia goes to visit Nina at GH. A dockworker named Stan, (he works for Duke), runs around the waterfront with a brown paper bag of laundered money for Mr Big. Frisco chases him, but loses him on the trail. Stan drops the package and a drunk realizes he's been sleeping on a fortune. Too late says Stan. Stan reports to Angel that he got chased by the cops and dropped the package with a bum.

Night Three of Frisco and Felicia's honeymoon. They arrive home to find a Greek fantasy awaiting them, complete with servants and dinner. They change into their togas. The servants leave and Felicia starts feeding him grapes as he lounges on the chaise.

6/27 Frisco and Vince fresh from their beat, drop in on Felicia at Kelly's. Frisco runs into Jimmy Lee and Sandy on the docks. Holt tells Frisco that no offense, he's learned to keep his mouth shut on the docks.

Angel catches Felicia and Frisco in Duke's office. Angel gives Felicia the day off. Frisco and Felicia spend the day in the park. But their lovemaking is interrupted when Frisco spots the guy that ran away from him on the docks yesterday. Frisco lets the hood go after memorizing his face. Felicia is ticked that Frisco is playing cop on his day off.

7/1 Duke arranges for Felicia to pick up a book of poems for Anna. Felicia promises to drop by the book store. While walking the beat with Frisco, Burt recognizes an old and dear friend of his, Tessie. Tessie saved Burt's life when he was rookie cop.

Frisco and Burt spot Angel on the docks. A pass is made and Angel receives a package laundered money. When he spots Frisco, he drops the bag in wastebasket. Burt tells Frisco that Angel is doing nothing wrong and as they walk away, Angel picks up the package.
