DVD #10A 12/6 Amid tears, Felicia agrees to marry Frisco after he surprises her with a very expensive ring.
12/10 Frisco, Felicia, Tony and Tanya at the brownstone. Frisco and Felicia announce their engagement. Frisco and Tony discuss his future now that he is engaged to be married. Felicia and Yank try to get through to Jade and her trauma. Frisco tells Derek that he has decided to leave Teen Time. When Frisco finally believes his brother Tony that love won't pay the bills, Frisco decides on his future. He wants to be a cop! Frisco tells Robert that he wants to be a cop. He arranges an interview at the Police Academy for him.
12/11 Robert gives Frisco the good news. He can apply to day at the Police Academy. After his Academy interview however, he is not pleased that when going on the interview, Guy Lewis, (Don Dolen) doesn't give a hoot about his glory days with the Asian Quarter assignment. Frisco and Felicia share the news of his applying to the Police Academy to Brian, Claudia and Ruby. Frisco tries to enlist Anna to see if she can get Robert to pull a few strings so he can skip the basic training.
12/12 The heat is out at the Brownstone. A mystery figure (Ted Holmes) breaks into the basement of the Brownstone and breaks into the furnace, and almost gets caught by Jake and Frisco. Burt and Anna are sworn in as Co Police Chief's. Robin is sad that her daddy is leaving and Robert has to try to cheer her up. Robert appoints Buzz, Frisco and Sean as Godfathers to Robin in his absence.
12/13 Frisco and Felicia in bed. Robert calls Frisco and tells him hehas been able to get Frisco to skip the preliminaries so he can get in the Police Academy. At the Academy, Sgt Lewis singles Frisco out for not reporting in the proper dress and his long hair has to go. He's ordered to comply and follow all procedures in the future.
Ted Holmes arrives at the Brownstone and Jennifer sneaks him in. Terry walks out and spots him and promptly screams and faints!
12/16 Terry is still in a trance after seeing Ted Holmes in the hallway. Bobbie screams for Jake. Bobbie's in a panic when Jennifer comes down. She is able to comfort Terry and convince her it was a dream, but Bobbie is not believing any of it. Bobbie suggests that Terry go into therapy. Jennifer tells Ted that Terry is starting to remember that night in Laurelton.
Frisco meets Samantha Wells, another aspiring cadet at the Academy. Frisco unwinds with Felicia after a tough day in class.
12/17 Frisco is making more enemies than friends at the Academy. Seeking to undermine the star pupil is a cadet named Eric, who steals Frisco's homework and copies it. When Lewis can't prove who was the culprit, he docks both of them two days pay. Frisco tells Anna his troubles. Anna consoles him in a professional way. She says the truth will surface. Lewis has arranged a boxing match for Frisco and Eric so they can work out their differences.
12/18 Terry upon seeing Ted goes into another attack, and claims that Ted is the man that she saw at the Brownstone the other night.
12/19 Bobbie comes across Terry who's sleepwalking with a very sharp knife.
12/20 Felicia shows Sean her engagement ring. Sean begins convulsions when Felicia is visiting him and Monica is called in. At the Academy, Lewis is showing Frisco some self defense moves and wipes the floor with him. Lewis divides the class into teams. Frisco and Eric go at it. Eric is jealous of Frisco because of his star status with the police chief. Eric pulls a real knife and the two go at it. Lewis breaks it up and dismisses the two rookie cops for the rest of the day. Frisco with a cut on his cheek from the fight with Eric, confronts Lewis. Lewis suspends Eric for his actions. Lewis believes Frisco when he finds out that Eric stole his test papers. Lewis brings a barber in and Frisco's beard and long locks are all gone. Felicia likes Frisco's new buzz cut.
Late that night, Terry, alone, walks into the living room and finds a dead man, who falls to the floor. Terry screams.
12/23 Frisco and Felicia are making love when they hear Terry screaming bloody murder. Everyone comes running out and finds Terry standing over the dead man with a knife sticking out of his back. Jennifer and Ted arrive and the entire Brownstone party try to figure out who the dead man is. Anna and Burt soon arrive on the scene. Anna has everyone in the Brownstone look at the body to see if it helps produce some information. Anna learns about Terry's sleepwalking with the knife. There is no ID on the body.
Burt produces the murder weapon, and Jake and Bobbie recognize it as the one that Terry was carrying when sleepwalking. Burt shows Anna a glass eye that he found in the lining of dead man's jacket. Why does the dead man have a glass eye in his jacket when he obviously didn't need one? There was no sign of forced entry. Anna tells everyone that someone in the Brownstone murdered the man. Later, Bobbie is forced to admit to Anna that she did find Terry sleepwalking with the knife. Bobbie and Jake come to realize that they have a murderer living with them at the Brownstone.
12/24 Frisco and Felicia are with Burt and Anna discussing the mysterious body at the Brownstone. Burt and Anna appreciate Frisco's enthusiasm on the case, but send the young rookie off to the Academy class. Unofficially, Frisco and Felicia snoop around Jennifer's room at the Brownstone looking for clues. Felicia finds a picture of Jennifer from many years ago and a very young Terry.
Jennifer encourages Terry to leave the Brownstone and check into the PC Hotel with her. Anna and Burt arrive and force everyone at the Brownstone to stay put while the investigation is in progress. To break the bad mood looming around the Brownstone, Jake installs the Christmas tree and everyone sings Christmas Carols.
12/25 Christmas Day in PC. Frisco gives Felicia a new sexy see through nightgown. Frisco and Felicia arrive at Anna’s new penthouse to spend Christmas morning with her and Robin. Everyone attends the annual Christmas party, as Frisco leads the Christmas parade of carolers through the halls of GH. Steve reads the story of baby Jesus with Robin sitting on his lap.
12/26 Burt and Anna going over the murder at the Brownstone with help from Frisco and Felicia. Burt tells Anna that he's unable to track the glass eye. More Academy training for Frisco and the rookie cadets.
At the Brownstone, Terry won't come out of her room despite Jake's urging. Kevin starts to help, when suddenly Terry emerges in a trance like state, saying she's fine. Bobbie continues to run into a brick wall when she tries to question Jennifer on Terry's past.
12/27 Frisco and Felicia continue searching for clues at the brownstone with zero results. Frisco and Felicias spy on Ted Holmes and Jennifer in their room. Frisco heads for work and Felicia puts her face up to the door, when it's promptly opened by Ted! Felicia makes a ridiculous excuse and Jeniffer tells her that she doesn't appreciate snooping. Frisco at the Academy.
The dead man’s name is Neil Johnson, a resident of a town near Laurelton. Anna calls a meeting with the Brownstone group. Anna announces that the identity of the body. Patrick says that Neil was their cousin, but they didn't recognize him because he left when they were boys. When Anna reveals the glass eye found on Neil's body, Jennifer faints!
12/30 Anna grills the Laurelton group after Jennifer comes too from her fainting spell. Neil Johnson was born in Laurelton and his mothers maiden name is O'Conner!
12/31 More training for Frisco at the PCPD academy. Burt shows up for some observation in the cadet training lessons. Frisco throws Sam over his shoulder in some fight training maneuvers, and in the process Sam falls against Burt (he is hurt and later taken to GH).
New Years Eve celebrations all around PC. The Brownstone group celebrates with Frisco singing songs. Terry begins gulping down champagne unknownst to everyone else. The couples share kisses as they celebrate.
1/1 Tony, Frisco, Jake and the Brownstone gang watching the Rose Bowl. Buzz and Anna barge into the Brownstone New Years party to question Terry.
1/2 Frisco, Felicia, Buzz and Anna all at police headquarters discussing the Laurelton Case. Frisco apologizes to Sam for the incident with her brother Eric that got him expelled. Felicia meets Frisco's sexy new partner Samantha. Frisco, Sean and Buzz helping Anna and Robin with the wallpapering of her new digs.
1/7 Frisco complains to Felicia that Anna is not involving him in the Brownstone murder investigation. Felicia defends Anna that it is probably because he lives there and she is sure he will be used for future investigations. He complains that the police academy is a drag.
DVD #10B1/8 Frisco and Sam are assigned to guard Chief Ramsey after he has received a death threat while being a patient at GH. When Felicia tries to visit Burt, Sam stops her and tackles her against a wall and friskes her. Ramsey is furious to see that Frisco left his post to get coffee and tells them they are both relieved of duty.
Robin has called a meeting of her godfathers and asks them to spend time visiting the Pediatric Ward.
1/10 Frisco is distant with Sam and she asks how long he is going to be made at her. He questions her on her need to frisk his fiance. Guy tells the cadets that they will be taking a review course in basic procedure due to two of the cadets making a monumental screw up in a basic assignment. The whole class will fall into special duty. Frisco tries to take the hit and says it was his and Sam’s fault. Guy stresses that when one member fails, the whole team fails!
1/14 Frisco and Sam at the academy. Eric apologizes to Frisco. Soft hearted Frisco says he will talk with Anna with hopes of getting him back on the force. Ramsey has Guy pull Frisco and Sam off the academy and out on special assignment for Anna. Tony and Tanya interrupt Frisco in a compromising position with Sam at his apartment. (Felicia is away visiting her sick Grandmother)
1/15 Frisco and Sam at the academy. Ramsey enlists Frisco to question Tanya about her missing keys. They need to find out if the murderer used her keys to get in the Brownstone the night of Neil's murder. Tanya later tells Frisco that the last time she saw her keys was right before the murder. Frisco's injures his leg accidentally when Sam falls on him during a training session at the Academy.
1/20 Frisco and Anna discuss the Brownstone murder. Frisco keeps questioning Tanya hoping to jar her memory of the night she lost her keys. Anna is at GH discussing the case with Jake and Bobbie when Amy hands Bobbie a note. The note just happens to have been left off by her attacker!
Frisco shows Russell's picture to one of Tanya's patients at GH, and the old woman recognizes him as one he saw the night before the murder. Anna sends Frisco and Sam undercover in Laurelton to get pictures of the board members of Purity Water.
1/21 Frisco and Sam arrive in Laurelton posing as two country bumpkins looking for work. Sarah is fooled. Frisco and Sam are snooping around when Sarah is in the back room. Frisco spies a picture of Russell on the wall and recognizes him as the man fitting Bobbie's description. Sarah spies Frisco taking Russel's picture off the wall. He plans to have it wired to Anna for a comparison of the artist sketch. Sarah has alerts Sheriff Broder about Frisco stealing the picture. Broder has the entire town looking for Frisco.
1/22 On orders from Anna, Burt calls Frisco and Sam out of the Academy. Burt chews Frisco out for not completing his assignment, which was to find out what happened to Tanya's keys. Frisco makes contact with some old friends on the waterfront back when he was undercover during the Asian Quarter. His investigation takes him to the "Bucket of Blood" on the waterfront. Unknown to Frisco, Russell is there too waiting to meet Ted. Frisco couldn't trace Tanya's lost keys at the Bucket of Blood, but he does spot Russell. Russell knocks Frisco down and takes off just as Ted arrives. Frisco loses his prey and immediately calls Anna.
1/23 Frisco and Sam are trapped briefly in a crowded elevator with more "comical" misunderstandings between them. Anna questions the desk clerk at the Croydon Hotel about Russell. But no one by that name is registered. When Frisco shows him the photo of Russell, the desk clerk has no choice but to show them upstairs. Unfortunately, Russell has chosen that time to walk into the lobby. He makes a bee line to the door. Anna and Frisco search Russell's room. Frisco finds Tanya's keys!
1/24 Terry is downstairs in the basement changing the light bulbs when Russell wanders in. Terry screams at the top of her lungs! Patrick arrives and rescues Terry, but not before Russell knocks her over the head with a bottle. Russell escapes. Anna is alerted of Russell's latest sighting and she puts out an APB on him. Russell heads for the bus station and again calls Jennifer and Ted hoping to get some money to get out of town.
Frisco and Sam posing as lovers just happen to walk into the bus depot and spot Russell immediately. Sean and Anna arrive at the bus depot. Russell pulls out a gun and fires but Anna gets the upper hand. Russell falls. Anna asks him if he killed Earl Moody? Russell moans and dies before giving an answer.
1/27 Felicia returns home and finds Frisco mumbling out Samantha's name in his dreams. Felicia hits him with a pillow. Tony and Tanya welcome back Felicia. Everyone at the Brownstone prepares for Terry's upcoming wedding. It will be held in Laurelton on Feb 14th, Valentine's day.
Later that night at the Brownstone, a gloved hand removes the floorboards and reveals Neil Johnson's wallet. It's the killer! Frisco and Felicia investigate the noise and find nothing but the loose floorboard. Down in the cellar they smell burning"rubber" which is actually the killer who was burning Neil's wallet. Later when the twosome leave, the killer takes the medallion and stows it away in a secret compartment.
1/30 Frisco and Sam at the Academy. The mystery gloved figure hides a letter that he stole off of Neil Johnson's body. The letter is for Patrick and proclaims that he will find Earl's body in a shallow grave in Laurelton. The killer hides the letter in the floorboards of the Brownstone. The bum who stole the locket, tries to pawn it off at the shop. Frisco and Sam have perfect timing and step in to the same store. When Frisco gets a look at the locket he remembers it's the same one that Russell was wearing before he was killed. When Frisco confronts a bum, a brawl begins and the bum takes a hike. Frisco can't keep up. He later calls Anna and an APB is put out on the bum.
1/31 Anna shows Frisco a piece of the chain that she confiscated from Russell's body. If they can find the bum with the locket and match it to Russell's they have enough evidence to keep the case open and the Mayor off their backs. Anna and Frisco decide to pay a call on Benny the fence. Anna and Frisco check out the lockets that Benny has in his stockroom. They hit pay dirt and find the locket that the bum stole! Now all they have to do is match this to the chain found on Russell. Problem is they notice that recently someone filed off the name of who the medallion belonged too. Anna decides to run the locket through a series of chemical tests to see if the name can be raised from the locket itself. Felicia helps mend the tension between Jade and Yank.
2/3 Frisco and Anna question the bum, aka Mr. Delancey, and have to shell out $40.00 for information pertaining to the locket he found. He says he found the medallion in the garbage can outside the BRownstone. Anna bets the murderer may have tried to shave off his own initials from the locket in the house. There must be shavings still somewhere to be found. During Terry's joyous Bridal shower, Anna sneaks into the furnace room thanks to Frisco's help and begins snooping around. She finds the filings on the floor and sweeps them up. Tests indicate that the shavings do indeed belong to the locket.
Later that night while everyone is asleep at the Brownstone, Terry hears noises coming from a deserted hallway, this is actually the killer playing around again with the floorboards and hiding more evidence.
2/4 Anna shows Frisco the shavings from the pendant. She tells him that she caught Kevin in a lie. He said that he never knew Russell the Purity plant manager, yet worked for the company during one summer. Anna informs the mayor she has enough evidence to reopen the case as proof can now be found that Russell didn't kill Earl Moody or Neil Johnson. Anna confronts Kevin that he lied. Kevin only tells her that he was a delivery boy and never met Russell. Jennifer soon learns about Anna's accusations and orders her to leave Kevin alone. The mayor calls Anna and tells her he's having second thoughts about letting her pursue the investigation. Anna decides to take Frisco to Laurelton and investigate Kevin's story.
