Robert, Anna & Faison & Robin #48 May 29 - July 30, 1990: 8 hour original edit

#48A5/29 Robin goes back to school. Rowdy tells Robin that the kids at school are talking about her and “an alien”. Anna meets Shep Casey. Robert holds a press conference at GH about the alien case. Katherine is having a hard time with Robert's priorities. Anna arrives home to find Faison in her living room with Robin. Robert is angry with Frisco for going to Spoon Island.

5/31 Shep drops in on Anna and Frisco fishing around for information on aliens. Frisco agrees with Anna that Shep looks a lot like Casey. (Note: Glitchy picture throughout scene) Colton goes to Anna for help with Decker's case. Anna finds an old file with the name “Casey Rogers” on it in her garage.

6/1 Delafield’s Opening night. Robert arrives before the club is open for a private dance with Katherine. As they are enjoying some time alone, Anna arrives interrupting them. Anna and Robert visit Sean at GH. Tiffany shows them the envelope Sean left behind before he was shot. Anna tells Shep she had a background check run on him. Frisco performs at Delafield’s. Frisco's encore. Felicia turns up in the audience and he learns she is pregnant.


6/4 Delafield’s is a huge hit. Shep pushes Anna's buttons. Katherine resents Anna and Robert's closeness. Robert questions Jacques and Faison about Desire's whereabouts. Robert wants to stay with Anna and Robin until Desire is found. Tiffany catches Faison in Sean's room at GH. Robert spends the night at the Lavery's. Anna and Robert agree that their next move against Faison they will do together.

6/7 Robin visits Sean with Anna and Robert and she sweetly thanks him for saving her life. Robert suspects Sean is running a scam to leave GH before he can answer any of Robert's questions.

6/8 Robert and Anna confront Monica about moving Sean and demand to know where he is. Faison gets word that Desire has been found dead in Bangkok. Faison wants to know all about Shep Casey. Sean owns up to a deal with Faison to Anna and Robert that betrayed them. Sean claims he set up Robert to find out Anna was a double agent. Sean is responsible for ruining their marriage and declares they are soulmates and belonged together! Robert and Anna vow to take Faison down.

6/11 Katherine hears Robert muttering in his sleep about Anna as he says her name “Anna, Anna, Sarajevo, together forever”! She looks at him as awareness dawns of just how deep his feelings towards Anna go. Robert ducks Katherine's questions. Guy tells Frisco that Desire has been found dead. Sean vows to never lie to Robert and Anna again. Sean, Robert and Anna learn Desire killed herself. Frisco angrily demands to know why he is being shut out of the case.

They declare that he has a pregnant wife and they want to keep him safe. Sean agrees that his place is by Felicia’s side. He knows there is something about Faison that the three of them are keeping back from him. Anna asks him to leave it alone and he walks out. After Frisco leaves the room, Anna groans that they are starting the secrets all over again. Sean believes Faison had Desire killed. Robert leaves for Bangkok to try to prove that Faison was responsible and her death wasn’t a suicide.

6/13 Anna and Felicia meet up at Kelly’s and she tells Anna about how upset Katherine is. Anna then heads to GH to see Sean and she runs into Katherine. Anna tells her she heard she was upset and tries to talk to her. Katherine declares Robert is still hung up on Anna, he is dreaming about her saying “forever” and dreaming about where they got married. She is obviously very upset as she says it is better she found out now.

Sean and Anna look thru all their old cases in his hospital room. He asks Anna what is wrong as she is distracted. She tells him that Frisco is angry and Katherine is upset with her. He reminds her that she has to stay focused on Faison, and he did a lot worse to her and Robert. He warns her that they have to move fast to neutralise Faison before he starts making moves. Faison learns Robert was in Bangkok. Faison wants a letter to be delivered to Robin.



6/14 Very beginning cut off. Robert and Tiffany are with Sean as he is released from GH. Robert is back with no information except that Desire committed suicide. Sean tells Tiffany about his betrayal. Faison is informed that Robert has returned from Bangkok. He declares that it is time to encourage Robert to keep out of his business. He made a deal with Robert and he is not keeping up the deal. Robin gets her letter from Sinclair with an offer to help her write a book on Casey. Anna confronts Faison about the letter he sent Robin. Robert meets with the WSB to have them bring in Faison. The WSB believe Faison is dead. They will not make a move against Faison until Robert comes up with proof of him being among the living. 



6/15 Robert refuses to reveal his source to the WSB. Faison wants Anna to realize that they have a future together. Robert learns of Faison's letter to Robin. Robert and Anna arrive at Delafield’s and Katherine overhears them talking about going after the man on the island. Katherine tells Robert there will not be a wedding between them.

6/18 Katherine suspects Robert is still in love with Anna. He tries to tell her that if he could tell her about who he was up against that she would understand. She tells him about a conversation she overheard when he told Anna that he would kill Faison before he allowed him to take Anna away from him again. She declares that he is still in love with Anna and she walks out on him, refusing to listen to his lies. 

Sean tells Anna that he wants to go to Ross and turn himself in. She begs him not to do this as he has a life here and has Tiffany to consider. Robert arrives and tells Anna that Katherine called off their engagement. He informs her that Katherine believes that he is still in love with her, and she is in love with him. Anna insists that she loves him but isn’t in love with him. Anna pushes Robert to go back and try and get Katherine to change her mind. Robert admits that it took her leaving for him to realize just how much he does love her. She pours drinks as he rambles about Katherine’s qualities that he appreciates now, and all the little things between them. Anna asks why is he telling her about all the stuff he loves about Katherine and not telling her? He believes Katherine wouldn’t really want to hear all that. Anna huffs that of course that is exactly what she wants to hear! She instructs him to go find Katherine and take her into his arms and NOT talk!

Katherine returns to Delafield’s and Frisco finds her crying in her dressing room. He immediately notices that her engagement ring is missing. He can’t believe she did this. She doesn’t want to talk about it and she tells Frisco that she and Robert are finished.

6/19 Robert is not too happy when Anna and Robert get invited to Spoon Island by Faison. Anna thinks the invite to Spoon Island is the perfect opportunity to get something with Faison's fingerprints on it. Anna and Robert arrive on Spoon Island to a lavish lunch. Robert tries to explain his actions to Katherine. Faison sees Anna snag his lighter at lunch.

6/21 Robert gets the fingerprint report back on Faison's lighter. The prints come back as belonging to Harry Steinfield; a long dead WSB agent. Robert decides to go to DC to look into Harry. Sean insist he go with him. Robin gives her final speech of the school year as Anna proudly watches from the audience. She looks around and notices that Faison had shown up and was standing in the back.

Dvd #48B Robert and Sean dig up Harry Steinfield at a DC cemetery. Anna tries to talk with Katherine. Robert and Sean learn Harry's body has had his hands cut off and they find a cigar case inside the casket with the initials “CF” on it. 

  6/22 Robert is more determined than ever to get Faison. Faison books a table at Delafield for he and Anna. Faison invites Anna to dinner. Robert has a new plan. He wants to sent Anna, Sean and Robin on vacation so that they are safe while he goes after Faison. Anna and Robin leave PC for the Caribbean. Faison shows up at Delafield’s but instead of Anna he find Robert waiting for him with an arrest warrant.

6/25  Faison is brought into the PCPD. Frisco is back on the case and learns Sinclair is in fact Faison, Now he and Robert just have to prove it.. Scott meets with Faison about vacating Wyndamere. Scott agrees to find him a new house. Robert allows Faison to work on the rewrite of his book in his cell.  



6/26 Faison has an Anna fantasy of her coming to him in jail and kissing him.

6/29 Frisco and Robert find that no matching prints were found on any of the ones Frisco took while he was at Wyndamere. Faison uses a pen in Robert's office. Frisco wants to see if he can get prints from it. Faison is released but the press are all over him. They want to know more about PK Sinclair.

7/2 The press is all over Faison. Robert finds the links to the broken necklace on the ground of the midway near where Colton was found. Robert and Sam question Decker.

7/4 Fourth of July in PC. Robert gets a mysterious phone call from someone who has information to confirm the identity of Faison. The Quartermaines join Faison at Wyndamere for the Fourth. Scott tells Faison that he has to be out of the house in a week. Faison tells him that he has changed his plans and he wants to buy Spoon Island for 5 million from Ned. Robert's mysterious man, Klaus Friedlander, is gone when Robert shows at their meeting place. Scott sort of makes a deal with Faison for Spoon Island. Lucy overhears them and is now Faison's witness that a verbal deal has been made.  

7/5 Faison expects Scott to stick to the 5 million deal for Wyndamere. Lucy offers her help in getting Faison the Wyndamere deal.

7/6 Robert finds out that the file on Friedlander no longer exists. Lucy sets up Ned to sign away Wyndamere to Faison. Katherine tells Robert the press is gunning for him.

7/11 Robert investigates the robbery at Body Heat. Lucy meets with Faison to try and get Wyndamere back.

7/12 Anna and Robin return home. Anna learns Faison bought Wyndamere. Robert and Anna do not want Robin contacting PK Sinclair. Robert warns Faison to leave Robin alone.

7/13 Note: Missing first 6 mins due to news report. Anna and Faison are the talk of PC when they show up at Delafield’s together.

7/16 Anna's date with Faison continues. Robert and Sean hash things out. Sean has a new plan to get Faison. A photographer tries to get a picture of Faison and Anna together. Faison grabs the camera and destroys the film. Robert and Sean ask Monica to invite “The Shake” to Ned and Dawn's wedding.

7/20 Faison wants to accompany Sean, Robin and Anna to Dawn & Ned’s wedding. The guest begin to arrive for the wedding (ceremony not included). Robert arrives at Charlene's looking for Decker. Robert searches Decker's room and takes a pad of paper and pencil into evidence. Anna and Sean are banking on “The Shake” to show up at the reception.

7/23 Robert wants a sample of Decker's handwriting. Jennings gives Sean a message from “The Shake”.  He is not coming to the reception as he fears Faison. Frisco wants his badge back from Robert so he can find Decker. Shep and Katherine show up at Wendy's apartment to find Robert and Guy searching the place. Faison wants Anna to come back to Wyndemere with him as he has a surprise for her.

7/24 Faison and Anna arrive at Wyndemere. Robert finds audio tapes in Wendy's room and order a gag order on the case. Monica and Ned let Sean in on the fact that Dawn is missing and want to hire Anna and Sean to find her. Robert finds the missing Midvail newspapers hidden in Wendy's room and later confronts Charlene. Faison asks Anna to marry him and move to Switzerland with him. To Anna's relief, Sean interrupts them with the news of a missing Dawn. Colton tells Robert that Wendy was setting up Decker. Robert learns Dawn is missing. Decker wakes up in the car but Dawn is still unconscious. 

    7/25 Felicia goes back to work at the PI office with Anna. Shep goes to the PI office to fish for details for his story. Anna tells Felicia she is trying to get Faison to go away. 

7/26 Anna gets flowers and her engagement ring from Faison delivered to her house. Robert arrives at the Q mansion to speak with Monica and Ned. Faison gets a fax telling him to dispose of Anna immediately. Bobbie goes to Robert with her theory that Clayton knew Wendy. Anna shows Robert the ring from Faison. Anna arrives at Wyndemere but is informed Faison left abruptly.

7/27 Robert questions Clayton about Wendy. Anna learns Faison has not really left PC. Robert orders a background check on Clayton. Scott sets up Robert to get him out of his office so he can search it. Anna flips out on Faison when she sees a portrait he had painted of them with Robin. Scott searches Robert's office. Anna tells Sean and Robert she wants nothing more to do with Faison. Sean tells Robert about Ramando; the man that might be able to get rid of Faison for them. Faison leaves town. Scott tells Ned that Robert has nothing on him for the murder. Robert wants to get to Ramando.

7/30 Anna wants to go with Robert to find Ramando. Robert tells Anna that it would be better if he went solo to find Ramando. While Robert is out of town, Frisco will head up the Wendy case. After Robert leaves, Katherine asks Frisco if this is a dangerous mission. She follows Robert to the airport but he downplays the mission and its risks. Frisco and Anna question Ned again. Anna and Ned show up at the auto junk yard to search but come up with nothing. Robert says goodbye to Katherine at the airport with a pretty bad Humphrey Bogart impression, LOL!

7/31 - 8/1 no Robert, Anna, Robin, Faison scenes.
