Gia looked down at the pregnancy test kit for about the 20th time.

'A check mark means that I AM pregnant' she said to herself.

She looked down at the kit and watched as a figure slowly formed in the small box. She had wanted to have a baby so much it hurt. She wanted to have a child with Nikolas so that they could raise it and nourish it, and give it a good life. And now, 3 weeks after their wedding, it was all possible. Again she looked down and saw that the figure had formed completely.

'A check mark.....' Gia's eyes lit up along with her smile. 'A check mark. I'm having a baby. Nikolas and I are having a baby!' she shouted. 'I have to go tell Nik!'

Gia bounced down the stairs to find Nik sitting on the couch surrounded by papers and file folders that Gia was sure were for L & B. She walked around the arm of the couch and sat down beside him. He hadn't heard her come in the room, therefore he jumped when she sat down beside him.

'Oh. Hey Gia. I didn't hear you come in' Nik said allowing his heart to slow down as he leaned in to give her a kiss. 'You're just who I needed to see right now. What better person to take away all the stress, than my beautiful wife!!'

'Nikolas, there's something I have to tell you' Gia said looking deep into his hazel brown eyes.

'Oh.....is this going to add to my stress?' Nik asked.

'I hope not' said Gia. 'Nikolas....we're having a baby'

'Are you serious?' Nik asked.

'Yes'

'Oh my god, Gia' Nik said. A single tear rolled down his cheek. He had dreamed of having a child with Gia for so long. Now it was actually happening.Together they were going to bring a new life into the world. ' This is wonderful Gia'

Nik leaned over and wrapped her in a strong embrace.

'Well, we have to go tell everybody!' Nik said releasing her from his grasp.

'Yes.' Gia cried. 'Lets go.'

~*15 minutes later at Kelly's*~

Nik and Gia walked into Kelly's, hand in hand, as they spotted Liz, Lucky, Em and Zander all sitting at a table. Gia looked at Liz as Liz stared back at her. Ever since Lucky had kissed her in the cottage, and Lucky and Liz's wedding had been canceled, Liz had hated Gia. Lucky had tried to tell Liz that he kissed her not the other way around, but Liz wouldn't believe either of them. Liz and Gia haven't spoken since Nik and Gia's wedding. If it were up to Gia, Liz wouldn't have even been at the wedding, but Gia and Jason had become friends, and Liz was Jason's date.

'Hey guys' Nik said, greeting everyone with a smile as he pulled over a chair for Gia.

'Hey Nik.' Lucky replied. 'What's got you in such a good mood?'

'Well' Gia said 'We have something to tell you guys.'

Gia looked over at Nik, who nodded in response.

'We're having a baby' Gia said.

Em, Lucky and Zander all congratulated them. Within seconds Em was beside Gia embracing her with a hug and feeling her stomach. Everyone was ecstatic with the news, except for Liz who sat quietly in her chair, not saying a word.

Liz felt herself go red as she looked as Gia. Look at that fake smile plastered on her pretty little model face, Liz thought. She just wants his money. She's another Katherine Bell.

'9 months is much too long to wait you guys.' Nik said.

Liz couldn't take it anymore. 'Come on Nikolas! You don't actually believe the little tramp, do you!?'
