Made in "JAPAN" Computer Girl?
Topic: Media
Via the Veronikaah livejournal blog, here is COMPUTER GIRL.
Veronikaah says, "The main reason why Computer Girl RULES is that she was designed in Japan, as was her box." However, "Song Yun Toys" is neither Japanese name nor a Japanese company. It's Korean which is equivalent to saying "Aeroflot is a French airline."

Wow. Pardon me. I didn't know I had Asian toy specialists reading. I guess I stand corrected. Maybe you can explain why they don't have proofreaders?
Well wherever she was made, she's still so lovely and concentrative.

p.s. I've never heard of Aeroflot, so it very well COULD be a French airline.

Most likely they did pay a proofreader but nobody in the company could read enRgish well enough to know if the proofreader was able to do the job. If you had to send a resume to Korea you would just have the first Korean you knew to translate for you and you would have to trust what they wrote. Other times, a boss will "correct" and "improve" the engRish after the proofreader finishes.
BOTTOM LINE: Igorance is bliss.
