Hiking
———————
Pictures from
Pilot Mountain State Park

This is a view of the valley from the hiking trail. The altitude is around 1900 feet, or 580 meters.
Here Theresa and her son Nathan stop along the trail to check-out some fallen boulders. There is lush vegetation in much of the park, and the flora is more typcal for mountainous areas further west.

This overhang along the cliff goes over the trail. There are some rock formations that seem precarious.
