For the third dive on the second day I decided to go from the other side of the headland (without Yanni) and check out what might be lurking there.

I was not disappointed, once I crossed the staghorn coral stretch and dropped down to 10 meters I encountered a large puffer fish, then I noticed a long pole sticking out from some coral. As I approached I soon realised it was the tail of a ray resting under some coral.

Of course I had the 60mm Micro lens attached, so it was eye shots only for this guy and as for the other rays, forget it, I would come back armed with a wide angle next dive.

Of all the dives I had done on this house reef, I had not found a nudibranch until today, superb Blue Dragon (local name) crawling across the sand.
