Members of the Horizon District Board have recently participated in a Boy Scouts of America conference held by the Trans Atlantic Council in Germany. One of the many topics was the rechartering of packs, Troops, and Crews. The Horizon District would like to say goodbye to those Packs and Troops in Berlin and Moscow that have left us. On a more positive note, we would like to welcome the our new Packs, Troops, and Crews in Stavanger, Incirlik, Izmir, Ankara, Istanbul, Athens, and Vienna. Welcome to the family
