Horizon District is the newest District in the Transatlantic Council. Having just recently completed 15 months of operation, Horizon currently consists of 18 units which serve over 400 scouts. The units are spread throughout 9 countries; Austria, Norway, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Hungary, Finland, Turkey, and Greece.

Over the past year, Horizon has shown that it can hold its own, once again increasing in membership. Congratulations to all the Packs, Troops, and Crews in Horizon District for surviving one more year.
