Story Lady Publications offers both FREE and PAID Classified Advertisement opportunities for businesses and residents of Huron County and surrounding areas. Classified advertisements are text only. You can add one picture to your advertisement for an additional $5.00. All pictures in our print edition are printed in black and white. Any item that the final asking price is from $0 to $25 is considered a FREE Classified Ad as long as the ad does not go over 15 words (no exceptions). Ads that go over 15 words are considered PAID ads and will be charged accordingly. The price must be included in the ad. Limit 1 item or group of items sold as a set per month per household. Community Events

This is only for community events: open to the general public, fundraising activities, church dinners, firehouse meals, craft shows, festivals, fairs, dances, bingo, etc. - NOT for businesses to post special sales or bands and entertainers posting performance dates. If hosting a community event, you can fill out our online Event form at www.storyladypublications/EventForm.html or call 989-712-0263. These ads run in ONE ISSUE of our print edition and on our website at www.storyladypublications.com from the date received to the day of the event.
You can guarnatee placement of your FREE Classified Ad in our print edition for $3.00.
Free Classified Ads will only be accepted via e-mail, online submission or mail-in. Please include your phone number, name and full address when submitting ads. Free Classified Ads may be taken over the phone with a $5 phone-in fee.
PAID Classified Ads start at 18 words per ad, with extra words at additional costs. Paid ad rates apply to any (for profit) business, service or individual, including, but not limited to Employment, Real Estate, Recreational Vehicles, Yard Sales, Collectibles, Farm & Equipment, Pets For Sale, Pet Services, and all Service related advertisements. If you need assistance with placing your paid classified ad, please call 989-712-0263, Monday-Friday, 9 pm - 11 pm, Saturday - Sunday, 9 am - 9 pm.
All ads that go in our print edition also go on our website at Classified Ads at no additional cost.
There are 250 of our publication printed and they are distributed free to restaurants and convenience stores throughout Huron County on a monthly basis.
We accept flyers at a rate of $0.15 each. That's $37.50 for all. The flyers must be provided by you. We do the folding, inserting and delivery. If you live in Huron County, we will pick them up for a small fee or you can ship them to us at Story Lady Publications, 513 S. Huron Ave. #1, Harbor Beach, MI 48441. Since this is a monthly publication, you must have your yard sale ad appear in the issue published the month before your sale. For example your sale is July 4th. You will want your ad in the issue published June 20th.

Membership
Includes 1 ad per month, for 12 months, in our print edition and ten 30 word ads per month on our web site for 12 months. Ads over 30 words will be charged an additional $0.30 per word.............$100.00 per year
Internet Only Membership
Includes five 30 word ads per month on our web site, www.storyladypublications/ClassifedAds.html for 12 months. Ads over 30 words will be charged an additional $0.30 word............$50 per year.
Internet Only Unlimited Membership
Includes unlimited 30 word ads per month on our web site, www.storyladypublications/ClassifedAds.html for 12 months. Ads over 30 words will be charged an additional $0.30 word............$100 per year.

How To Submit Your Ad
There are four ways you can submit your ad to us:
1. Call 989-712-0263.
2. Email storylady2002@yahoo.com For our records, we must have your full name, address and phone number with your ad. This information will not be published unless included in your ad copy. Please do not send attachments. We do not download attachments of any kind.
3. Submit an online form. Go to www.storyladypublications.com/AdForm.html Fill out the form and click submit.
4. Mail-in your ad with your payment to Story Lady Publications, 513 S. Huron Ave. #1, Harbor Beach, MI 48441. This is the fastest way because we don't have to mail you a proof approval form before inserting your ad.
After we receive your ad, we will send you a proof approval form by mail. When you receive your proof approval form, your ad will be in the bottom left hand corner. If it's OK, check OK to print. Sign and date the form and send it back to us with your payment in the envelope provided. Your payment due is the amount listed after "Price for Word Count" under your ad in the bottom left hand corner. We will not print your ad without your final approval and payment.
If you want to alter your ad, check OK to print with alterations. Please print your ad legibly with your alterations on the back of the form. If you want a new proof before printing, check "send new proof". Sign and date your proof approval form and send it back to us with your payment in the envelope provided. We will not print your ad without your final approval and payment.
