Uber Battle
It Continues...
OK. This is the official site of the Uber Battle. The Uber Battle came about because of a discussion Sean and I (Justin) had late one night. This discussion started with the ultimate question ("Who would win in a fight: Pirates or ninjas?"), and quickly became an all-out fantasy free-for-all. I realized we had something here, and saved the convo. Soon, you, the audience, will decide the victor. The list is as follows:

...Interesting, no? It kind of worked out that three of the four Ninja Turtles ended up in the same division. There's also a potential Han Solo-Chewy match up in there, too. There are some really good matches. Shoot, I'd pay money to see Ash battle the Alien. That would be so cool. It just occurred to me that we still don't have a specific Pokemon, here. Maybe Mew-Two, or something. He's kind of cool. I suppose I should inform everyone how it works from here on out. Every week, or every few days, or something (I don't know, but I'm leaning towards every week), a new poll will be up. This poll will contain one match up. The people (you) will vote, and the winner...will win. Yeah. It's your basic tournament. Um...the poll will be remotely hosted. I know, I know, I tried to make something that would actually be on the site, but it just wouldn't work. However, if anyone has any solutions, please contact me. That's about all for now. Expect the first battle sometime this weekend. Like, tomorrow, maybe.

4-10-04 UPDATE: OK...another week, another battle. Ninja won the last one with 6 votes. On a related note, my birthday is on Wednesday. Yay. Whoa. Just realized East Division starts this week. Crazy. John, if you mass vote either of these, I will disqualify both of them, just so you know. I wonder if anyone actually reads these updates. Cleaned up the front page. By the way, is anyone else getting a weird error when they load this page?
4-17-04 UPDATE: Both of John's entries got eliminated XD. Pretty uniform throughout. 5 votes for the Cyborg, 1 for Frank Horrigan (which, coincidentally, is also the name of CLint Eastwood's character in Line of Fire,.) Marth also got beat 5-1 by the Pirate. FYI, because I'm really lazy and haven't made profile pages for everyone yet, The Prince is from Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. And if you're too lazy to look at profile pages, Ash is not Pokemon Ash. He is from the Evil Dead series. I think that's all for this week.
4-26-04 UPDATE: Oh, man. I totally forgot about the Battle this weekend. Real soory about that. I can tell you now next week's battle will be late, too, (unless Sean wants to update...) since I'll be out of town, and I won't be back until Sunday night. OK, so Ash beat the Alien, and Spider-Man beat the Prince. Ahem. I was right. And not because I run the thing, either. Ask the people. That's right. Shut up. End of East Division. Next week a whole new division begins, and you can also vote on who gets the bye in East Division. Vote for the South Division Bye this week, since I forgot to do it earlier.
