Sorry to be so long in writing, but here we are. Thanks for sending the list of our class. I will give you a very brief resume of "all" that's happened since we left RVA in 1975.

Ruth and I spent 22 years at the Stony Brook School, where I was Director of Counseling, Choir Director for 5 years, and baseball coach for 20 years. Ruth taught typing, worked as secretary and ass't librarian. While at Stony Brook, I was Chaplain for the New York Yankees and New York Mets for 15 years, and New York Jets for 10 years.

At the school, I taught English, Psychology, and Social Studies. Those were wonderful years!


We retired in 1997, and moved here to Camp Hill, Pa, where Diane and famiy live: (at their request!) The past 4 years have probably been the happiest years of our lives! I am consulting for Paideia, run by Bruce Lockerbie. I go to Christian schools and help them with Crisis Counseling, Academic
Counseling, and College Counseling. It has been great to keep my hand in the business.

Cindy is in Brentwood, TN, husband Curt is Headmaster of Brentwood Academy.  Sandy is in Chicago, husband Mike is Senior Executive Vice-president of SBC Communications. Diane is here, husband Dave is Head Soccer Coach at Messiah College.

In 1989 I had my sabbatical from Stony Brook School, which we spent in Scotland and England. A totally wonderful experience!!

Well, that about sums it up. Could write much more, but won't bore you with that. We don't get younger;- now around the "three score and ten" mark, but we're healthy. Ruthie is as beautiful as ever, and we enjoy every day!

We are grateful to God for His faithfulness and love- it gives a contentment not available otherwise.
