My father Abilio was born on May 15th 1954 and my mother Anne-Marie on October 16th 1956. My mother came in France from Portugal when she was 14 and my father was 17. My mother has 10 brothers and sisters (Fatima, Marcelo, Amélia, José, Marcelino, Lucia, Rosalina, Christina, Ricardina, Alzira) and my father has 4 of them (Lili, Alice, Justino, Fernando).
When I was young, like any other child, I though my parents were too tough with me but today I realise they weren't and I'm happy with the choices they made about my education. When at the age of 18 I decided to finish my studies in Paris, they accepted my choice and helped me a lot, they knew it was the right time for me and didn't try to keep me from growing up. They are the best parents I know and I hope they are proud of who I became.
I already talked about my little sister Amanda and my little brother Jérémie, now I'm gonna talk about my sister Sandy. She was born on April 9th 1979. When we were little girls my mother used to dress us with the same clothes, we looked a little like twins but I was taller, now she is! We were also famous for being little girls that loved to dance, we danced on everything and anything: portuguese music, modern music... We lived in the same room and sleeped in the same bed for almost 15 years.
She came to Paris 2 years after me, to finish her studies too. That's how she met her husband Marco, he was my neighbour. They got married on August 26th 2000 and now Sandy lives in Paris too.
My aunt Fatima lives in Southern Africa, I see her every 10 years or so, she has 2 children, Paula and Carlos. My oncle Marcelo lives in Southern France like my parents, he has 2 children, Elisabeth (1971) and Lionel (Oct. 14th 1973). My aunt Amélia lives in Eastern France, where I was born, she has 3 daughters, Nathalie (married), Chantal (1970) who's moved to Southern France and Isabelle (1979). My uncle José lives in Eastern France, he has 2 children, Patricia who lives in Paris but I never see her and Pascal (1979) who was my best little cousin when I was 12-14. My uncle Marcelino lives in Southern France, he was my godfather until I changed my religion, he has 2 children, Annabelle (1979) who just had a baby and Raphaël (1989). My aunt Lucia lives now in Portugal, she has 2 children, Henri (Nov. 14th 1974) who was my best cousin ever, like an old brother, he got married with Isabelle on August 8th 1998, and Séli (1984) a very sweet little cousin. My aunt Rosalina lives in Southern France too, she has 4 daughters, Elvira (Feb. 21st 1978) who was my best cousin until things of life separated us, she got married with Laurent on June 1st 2002, Edith (1985) a very sweet little cousin too, Cécile (Sept. 2nd 1992) and Céline (Jan. 1994). My aunt Christina lives in Southern France, she was my godmother until I changed my religion, she has 4 children, Solange (May 1981), Michaël (Jul. 1986), Elsa (1988) and Dylan (1999) the cutest little boy I've ever seen. My aunt Ricardina lives in Eastern France, she has 3 children, Jonathan (1985), Kelly (1989) and Anthony (1990). My aunt Alzira) , or Elsa now, lives in Southern France not far from my parents', she has 2 children, Loïc (1989) and Célia (Feb. 2000) the cutest little girl I've ever seen.
My aunt Lili lives in Southern France, she has 3 children, Philippe (1971), Aldine (June 27th 1977) who got married with Jérôme and has 3 children (Guillaume, Mathieu and ... ) and Annabelle (Feb. 1st 1987) who's like another little sister for me. My aunt Alice lives in Eastern France, she has a son, Justino (1973), when we were young people used to say we were twins! we have the same scar at the same place. My uncle Justino lives in Paris, he lodged me during my 1st year of BTS course, he has 2 daughters, Alexandra (Apr. 10th 1972) she got married with William on July 10th 1999 and has a son, Edwin , and Armelle (I already made a page on her). My uncle Fernando lives in Southern France, he has 3 children, Grégory (Apr. 15th 1985), Emilie(May 17th 1987) who's like another little sister for me, and Kevin(Dec. 1992).
Mon père Abilio est né le 15 mai 1954 et ma mère Anne-Marie le 16 octobre 1956. Ma mère est arrivée du Portugal en France à l'âge de 14ans et mon père à 17ans. Ma mère a 10 frères et soeurs (Fatima, Marcelo, Amélia, José, Marcelino, Lucia, Rosalina, Christina, Ricardina, Alzira) et mon père en a 4 (Lili, Alice, Justino, Fernando).
Quand j'étais jeune, comme tous les autres enfants je pensais que mes parents étaient trop durs avec moi mais aujourd'hui je réalise qu'ils ne l'étaient pas et je suis contente des choix qu'ils ont fait pour mon éducation. Lorsqu'à l'âge de 18 ans j'ai décidé de finir mes études à Paris, ils ont accepté mon choix et m'ont beaucoup aidée, ils savaient que c'était le bon moment pour moi et ils n'ont pas essayé de m'empêcher de grandir. Ils sont les meilleurs parents que je connaisse et j'espère qu'ils sont fiers de ce que je suis devenue.
J'ai déjà parlé de ma petite soeur Amanda et de mon petit frère Jérémie, maintenant je vais parlé de ma soeur Sandy. Elle est née le 9 avril 1979. Quand on était petites ma mère nous habillait pareil, on ressemblait un peu à des jumelles mais j'étais plus grande, maintenant c'est elle qui l'est! Quand on était petites on était aussi connues pour beaucoup aimer danser, on dansait sur tout et n'importe quoi: la musique portugaise, la musique moderne... On a vécu dans la même chambre et dormi dans le même lit pendant presque 15 ans.
Elle est venue à Paris 2 après moi, pour finir ses études aussi. C'est comme ça qu'elle a rencontré son mari Marco, c'était mon voisin. Ils se sont mariés le 26 août 2000 et maintenant Sandy vit à Paris.

Mon oncle Marcelo vit dans le sud de la France comme mes parents, il a 2 enfants, Elisabeth (1971) et Lionel, (14 oct. 1973). Ma tante Amélia vit dans l'est, là où je suis née, elle a 3 filles, Nathalie (mariée), Chantal, (1970) qui est partie vivre dans le sud et Isabelle (1979). Mon oncle José vit dans l'est aussi, il a 2 enfants, Patricia qui vit à Paris mais que je ne vois jamais et Pascal (1979) qui était mon meilleur petit cousin quand j'avais 12-14 ans. Mon oncle Marcelino vit dans le sud, il était mon parrain jusqu'à ce que je change de religion, il a 2 enfants, Annabelle (1979) qui vient juste d'avoir un bébé et Raphaël (1989). Ma tante Lucia vit maintenant au Portugal, elle a 2 enfants, Henri (14 nov. 1974) qui était le meilleur cousin que j'ai jamais eu, comme un grand frère, il s'est marié avec Isabelle le 8 août 1998, et Séli, (1984) une adorable petite cousine. Ma tante Rosaline vit dans le sud, elle a 4 filles, Elvira, (21 fév. 1978) qui était ma meilleure cousine jusqu'à ce que les choses de la vie fassent qu'on s'est un peu perdues de vue, elle s'est mariée avec Laurent le 1er juin 2002, Edith, (1985) elle aussi une adorable petite cousine, Cécile (2 sept. 1992) et Céline (janv. 1994). Ma tante Christina vit dans le sud, elle était ma marraine jusqu'à ce que je change de religion, elle a 4 enfants, Solange (mai 1981), Michaël (juil. 1986), Elsa (1988) et Dylan (1999) le petit garçon le plus mignon que j'aie jamais vu. Ma tante Ricardina vit dans l'est, elle a 3 enfants, Jonathan (1985), Kelly (1989) et Anthony (1990). Ma tante Alzira, ou Elsa maintenant, vit dans le sud pas loin de chez mes parentes, elle a 2 enfants, Loïc (1989) et Célia (fév. 2000) la petite fille la plus mignonne que j'aie jamais vu.
Ma tante Lili vit dans le sud, elle a 3 enfants, Philippe (1971), Aldine (27 juin 1977) qui s'est mariée avec Jérôme et a 3 enfants (Guillaume, Mathieu et ... ) et Annabelle (1er fév. 1987) qui est comme une autre petite soeur pour moi. Ma tante Alice vit dans l'est, elle a un fils, Justino (1973), quand on était petits les gens disaient qu'on était des jumeaux! on a la même cicatrice au même endroit. Mon oncle Justino vit à Paris, c'est lui qui m'a hébergée pendant ma 1ère année de BTS, il a 2 filles, Alexandra (10 avr. 1972) qui s'est mariée avec William le 10 juillet 1999 et elle a un fils, Edwin, et Armelle (j'ai déjà fait une page sur elle). Mon oncle Fernando vit dans le sud, il a 3 enfants, Grégory (15 avr. 1985), Emilie (17 mai 1987) qui est comme une autre petite soeur pour moi, et Kevin (décembre 1992).
