| This tutorial is going to be a little confusing for those of you just starting out, anyway, do with this information as you will. Proxy servers are great for one main reason, they can completely cover your identity (as with everything else, only to a certain extent). They do this by masking your IP address with thiers. You can do this by Using Proxomitron, which is free and on our downloads page, or you can do it with multiproxy, but I don't really use multiproxy much. Proxomitron allows you to change all of the really annoying, or hard to find, options on your browser. Go to there site from our downloads page for more information. If you need a list of proxys, I am willing to lend you my list of about five hundred, I am going to keep the other five hundred for myself. I only use Proxomitron when I go to a site that may have alterior motives, or that I'm not sure about, otherwise Proxomitron will always slow down your connection, making the internet itself another obstacle, but very, very secure. For my list of proxys, click here for about five hundred, they should be fairly up to date, but check them anyway. All servers posted are on a security level of 1 - 3 of about five different levels, which makes them all more secure then what you will probably ever need. | |
