NOTE: Wherever possible, photos on the pages listed below are displayed in low resolution, optimized for fast download even on the slowest internet connections.  Each page links to 'hi-res' photos, however, which range from an average size of 25k to approximately 65k.  These can be viewed by clicking on the small photos with your mouse.  Most of these photos are 512 x 384 pixels, which will display nicely on nearly all monitors.  Occasionally, for those with large monitors and high bandwidth internet connections, larger photos at 1024 x 768 pixels are available where noted.
