Returns

If you ever need to return product for any reason, simply follow these steps
to ensure quick processing.
All returned items require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request an RA#,
simply contact our customer support department by filling out the form provided
here.
If your order was damaged during shipping or you received product in error, you will
be issued an RA# along with a FREE pre-paid postage label for sending back your order. In
order to process your return as quickly as possible, please be sure to use your FREE pre-paid
mailing label.
All returned items must be unopened and in its original packaging. We?re sorry but we
cannot accept returns on items that have been opened.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Our replacement/refund policy stipulates that returned product must be received
before replacement product can be shipped or a refund/credit can be issued.
Credits and refunds will be issued if your item was received damaged or defective, or
an incorrect item was shipped.
We will work to ensure timely processing of all returns. Please allow 5 business days
for all replacement products to be shipped or refunds to be issued.
