GE M-250R Cobrahead

Above pic is a 100 watt M-250R with deep plastic refractor, Ross, CA. Has a blue '10' sticker on the door.

The GE M-250R is the successor to the popular M-250 cobrahead. It was first introduced in 1970 and was popular on smaller streets, such as residental streets. It remained in production until 1985, when the M-250R2 was introduced as its replacement. Two versions of the M-250R can be found, one with a bulgy plastic refractor, and the other with an optional shallow glass refractor.

Another M-250R with glass refractor, 175 watt mercury with a blue '17' sticker, Sacramento, CA.
