A Physical-Theatre Show for Children & Childish Adults

An enchanting tale that feeds the imagination, Throw Me A Bone is told through dance, puppetry and music. In her first-ever solo show for children, Niki McCretton patterned her remarkably-exact canine mannerisms and characteristic movements from study of her own pet Jack Russell terrier, Paddy. Including interaction with children in the audience, this production has delighted both the young and the young-at-heart wherever it has been performed.

The story finds "Patty", a small dog, longing for her dinner after her human family has gone away for the day. She passes the time with imaginary adventures (or do they really happen?!?), embarking on a great expedition to the top of the world ... discovering snow for the first time (and engaging in a snowball fight) and coming across some strange, intriguing creatures who convince her that she can fly ... while all the time her tummy is rumbling.
