HEALTH AND VEGETARIANISM


. For Humans the most NUTRITIOUS portions
of grain, are stripped away in order
to give us some of the basic food we eat,
children's cereal, breads, and pasta.
In fact most of the food that
people eat is NOT NORMAL. We need a diet
to normalize it, a way to balance the
intake of the carbohydrates, proteins and fats
we take in so that our body does not over-react.
But to REALLY heal our bodies,
we want the BEST medicine possible, and the
BEST medicine is FOOD that is as close
to natural as we can find.
Any refined white food (flour, sugar and white rice)
should be looked at for the poison it is,
as should over- adrenalised meat which
is not natural. So educate your
palate all over again. Take the best parts
of the grain or soybean or the nuts
and throw out the high glycemic
responding carbohydrates.

Hormones effect the way that your body
acts and reacts. One of the
primary ones is ADRENALIN which
is the hormone that gives you instant
energy in an extroadinary fearful situation.
Animals too have the same response
and in a slaughterhouse, their
blood is full of adrenalin as is the meat you eat.
You can feed
6 vegetarians on the same amount of land
as it would take to support one meat eater.
In order to produce one pound
of animal protein, a cow has to
consume 6 pounds of grain.Lack of
any grain is causing 40,000 children
to die. Cows, sheep, pigs and chickens eat
better than all the children in the poorer countries.
SO BECOME A VEGETARIAN AND HEAL YOUR BODY AND YOUR CONCIENCE.
