May 28, 2002 (Tuesday) from Jonathan Woodgate Club Blackburn bid for Woody Blackburn have apparently had a £12 million bid for Jonathan Woodgate turned down by Leeds United. With Peter Ridsdale saying months ago that Leeds will be selling players in the summer it has been, and will continue to be, open season for the press to link any Leeds players with a move to any club.
