The Miyama-ryu Ju-jutsu is a martial art that utilizes the techniques and principles of classical Ju-jutsu and apply it to the modern world that we live in.
Miyama-Ryu Combat Ju-jutsu is a direct descendant of classical Ju-jutsu, which is the parent art of Aikido, Judo and some styles of Karate. The Miyama-Ryu Combat Ju-jutsu principles are ruled by the "Bushido Code", humility, courtesy, loyalty, honor, bravery, justice, benevolence, honesty, cooperation and respect.
A fierce man named Antonio Pereira called this method Miyama-Ryu, which means the School of the Three Mountain, and he assumed the title of Shinan (The Originator).
The Miyama Ryu Combat Ju-Jutsu of Texas is under the direction of Shihan Felix Sabala the only certify instructor of the system in Texas.
