2003 RULE CHANGES AND INPUT(subject to change)
- Keepers
will be presented to the commissioner 1 week before draft
day
- You
must be present for the draft and able to get online with
a correct connection to pick your team.
- When
you select your team in the Yahoo site you will be required
from now on to allow the commissioner to control your
team. This is a precautionary measure on my part, just
in case you do not get your keepers in for the draft or
you are not present for the live draft (DUE TO TECHNICAL
DIFFICULTIES OR IGNORANCE)...I will personally draft the
the two members on your squad then let Yahoo finish your
draft if you are not present. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS
RULE OR YOU WILL BE BOOTED!

on anyones full team from the previous year. 1 pitcher
and 1 player must be chosen in the first 2 keeper rounds.
After the keeper rounds then the new member will be allowed
to continue choosing anyone in the current years free
agent pool. They can also draft players from the Rule
5 draft.
- NEW
RULE IN 2003: ALL OWNERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO KEEP A 3RD
PLAYERS AFTER THE SEASON IS OVER. IT IS A UTILITY KEEPER.

it is a rotissorie style league with the winner receiving
some sorts of sports memorbelia with the winnings
to add to your sports collection...this year we are
looking at Mickey Mantle autographs worth around $100
dollars... But the winner can choose what they want...
