Aso-san (Mount Aso) landscape
This is the landscape around Aso-san. My friend Dan and I hiked to the summit -- it took about two hours. We were expecting a pleasant hike but were surprised to find that the entire trail had been paved over in concrete. Anyway, it was a beautiful day and the view was immense.
