What does it take to give 100% or more in Life??? This is a question that has baffled the experts for years. However, if you look at this from a strictly mathematical viewpoint it goes like this.

Here is a little mathematical formula that might help you answer these questions.

Hey gang, so how is you're recruiting going for the month of June? Remember that the top two distributorships that sponsor the most new distributors for the month of June are going to have a very special cruise that will be set up for them aboard "Squirt the Dirt"® with Captain Steve as their host.

Let me tell you that you will also receive your airfare and all of your meals and drinks as part of this package as well. The only thing that you will have to do is worry about buying your friends and family souvenirs. Hello DWG International™ Teammates,
Here is the story of "Acres of Diamonds". The reason we are sending this out is that many of us in Arizona, as well as every other state, have not touched our resources here for sponsoring. Yet last year Director Chris Boling of Hawaii, who was just passing through our State, recruited 2 people in Seligman, sold all his product in Flagstaff and was to sign up several more. Yet some of us are looking at other locations to build our initial business. That is great also: build where you can. However, we always say, "Bloom where you are planted".


Acres of Diamonds




One of the most interesting Americans who lived in the 19th century was a man by the name of Russell Herman Conwell. He was born in 1843 and lived until 1925. He was a lawyer for about fifteen years until he became a clergyman.

Dr. Conwell was tremendously intrigued by a true story - with its ageless moral. The story was about a farmer, Ali, who lived in Africa and through a visitor became tremendously excited about looking for diamonds. Diamonds were already discovered in abundance on the African continent and this farmer got so excited about the idea of millions of dollars worth of diamonds that he sold his farm to head out to the diamond line. He wandered all over the continent, as the years slipped by, constantly searching for diamonds and wealth, which he never found. Eventually he went completely broke and threw himself into a river and drowned.

Meanwhile, the new owner of his farm picked up an unusual looking rock about the size of a country egg and put it on his mantle as a sort of curiosity. A visitor stopped by and in viewing the rock practically went into terminal convulsions. He told the new owner of the farm that the funny looking rock on his mantle was about the biggest diamond that had ever been found. The new owner of the farm said, "Heck, the whole farm is covered with them" - and sure enough it was. The farm turned out to be the Kimberly Diamond Mine ... the richest the world has ever known. The original farmer was literally standing on "Acres of Diamonds" until he sold his farm.

Dr. Conwell learned from the story of the farmer and continued to teach it's moral. Each of us is right in the middle of our own "Acre of Diamonds", if only we would realize it and develop the ground we are standing on before charging off in search of greener pastures. When Doctor Russell H. Conwell talked about each of us being right on our own "Acre of Diamonds", he meant it. This story does not get old ... it will be true forever ...


Opportunity does not just "come along" - it is there all the time
- we just have to see it.

I wanted to piggyback on all the great messages that you all have had regarding the new Appearance Enhancement & Protection Package(recruiting tool). I had a situation a couple weeks ago with a little bit of a different twist than most of your messages that I have heard.

I ran into a mobile detailer and he had the water tank and the whole bit including pressure washer and a whole trunk full of different waxes and polishes. To make a long story short he approached me after seeing the signs on my pickup and he kind of had an attitude, a little bit of negativity towards me as he saw me as competition but he was curious about the product. I proceeded to pull out the DWG ULTRA- ION™ and gave him a demo on his car and just blew him away. He wanted to buy the 16 oz. bottle to give it a try. I pulled out the new recruiting tool and told him I could sell it to him for $44.00 or I could sell it to him for $36.95 and it comes along with a 20% discount for one year...well he proceeded to do just that.

In the last two weeks he has probably purchased about $200.00 worth of product and he is now a waterless detailer. He is talking to other people about the business already. It is very powerful and we now have an opportunity to convert conventional water detailers to waterless detailers and at the same time teach them about the business.
