“Ok, I’m here!” Howie announces as he sits down on Jade’s empty chair. He grins around the group and then plasters on a frown. “I should be MAD.”
“Why?” Jade reaches out and rubs his arm gently.
“You guys abandoned me!”
“We did?” asks Kevin.
“Yeah! You played GOLF! And then you went shopping,” Howie pouts.
“Oops, we did,” says Ali walking round to give Howie a big hug. “We’re sorry.”
“Oh, ok,” Howie grins as she goes to sit down again. “Over it already. So, we gotta hit some shops!” Everyone except AJ groans.
“YAY!” AJ pulls Howie up and leads him off towards a sunglasses place.
“Meet back here in an hour!” yells Kevin.
“Yeah, yeah…” AJ waves him off.
“C’mon Frick!” Nick stands up. “I wanna show you these b-balls I saw earlier.”
“B-balls?” Brian repeats less enthusiastically.
“They have red and black ones!”
“Striped?” Brian rests his head against Jade’s back.
“Nup, whole colour!”
“Ok!” He grins happily and kisses Jade’s neck, “Ya gotta move honey…b-balls!”
“You both have enough b-balls,” she rolls her eyes at Ali who agrees with a nod. She stands up and walks over to Ali, “C’mon hun, let’s find some fun.”
“You’re a poet and you don’t know it!” cackles Nick pointing at Jade.
“Ugh, haven’t heard that since….KINDERGARTEN!” she pulls a face at him and he laughs. “Oh Bri, don’t forget you need to tell Howie…”
“Oh yeah! Man, I’m gonna go grab him now!” he races off after Howie and AJ.
“Jeez!” Nick folds his arms impatiently. “I wanna go look at b-balls ALREADY!”
“Suck it up sweetie,” says Ali with a giggle.
“Oh! Internet café!” Jade yells pointing to a sign nearby. “Let’s go surfin’ Ali!”
“Ok!” Ali stands up and starts to follow her friend.
“Hey, what about me?” Nick whines.
“Brian’ll be back soon…. Go stare at your balls,” Ali bursts into giggles and then kisses him quickly before running off after Jade.
“You’re SO funny,” Nick says.
“Let’s search Backstreet Net,” suggests Ali as we sit in front of a computer. “I wanna read all the gossip.”
“We KNOW the gossip,” I say. “It’s kinda boring stuff.”
“Aw c’mon…” Ali types in the website address and we scan through the news section for a few minutes before getting bored. “I’m gonna do a search for you.”
“Me? Why would I be on Backstreet Net?”
“Oh c’mon! They probably knew about you before Bri did,” Ali types in my name, hits search and comes up with three hits.
“Only three? That’s a relief.”
“Uh, not really…. There’s a photo album, an entire message board and a news story.”
“An ENTIRE message board?!” I stare at Ali, hoping she’s kidding. No such luck. She turns the screen so that I can see it better and I gasp at the number of messages posted about me.
“Shall I open them?”
“Uh… Yeah… NO!… Only if they’re not bein’ bitchy… Oh fuck it, open ‘em.”
“Ok,” Ali laughs and opens up the first one.
Anybody hear if Brian has a girlf? I’ve been hearing rumors lately that he’s with a spanish girl and he met her at a club. I think her names Julia or something. I REALLY hope its not true!

Check out the pictures guys! I posted up new ones of Brian with his girlf. I saw them outside the arena in LA. They were kinda playing basketball but he ended up blocking her so she got mad and tickled him, and he fell down. It was real funny to see but then he pulled her down and started kissing her. I think he really loves her and their gonna get married.
I saw Brian’s girlf outside the mall in Orlando a few months ago and she seemed real nice. I was gonna talk to her but she was on her phone and I think it was Brian. “Hey,” I manage to gasp out against the force of his hug. He puts me down a minute or so later and grins widely at me. “I guess you heard.”
“I’m just…. Man… It’s GREAT!”
I smile at him, “Thanks Howie.”
“Welcome to the Backstreet family! I mean, you were already a member but this is like OFFICIAL!”
“Thanks,” I grin and rub his arm gently.
“Man! I gotta go call my mom!” he laughs and runs off in the direction of the sunglasses place where AJ is. I glance at Brian just as Nick grabs him and drags him off towards the sports store. We exchange grins and I sit down again.
“Ok, enough already of the message board. I wanna see the news story.”
“Yes master,” Ali giggles and clicks on the link.
The story is from MTV and is a report on the awards ceremony we had attended with the Boys. There’s a little picture of Brian holding my hand. He’s smiling into the camera and I’m looking down. I remember not knowing where to look that night cos of all the camera flashes. There’s a paragraph about us.
Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell arrived at the ceremony clutching the hand of his girlfriend Jade Greene. The couple have been dating for over a year and rumors are rife that marriage might be on the cards. Littrell refused to confirm or deny the rumors, choosing instead to grin widely and walk on when our reporter asked him. His date just gave a coy smile and walked closer to her man.
“I didn’t give a COY smile!” I exclaim. “I looked like I was about to pass out probably.”
“Well, the rumours were a little premature but hey… You got the ring now,” Ali giggles and I smile.
“Yup, I sure have.”
“I wanna check out the photo album!” Ali clicks on the links and we find one dedicated to BSB girlfriends. We open it up and click through pictures of Willa and Nick. “Ugh, I hate that troll!” Ali clicks through the pictures as fast as she can until we reach pictures of Kevin and Kristen.
“Aw, don’t they look cute?” I point to a picture of them posing at a film premiere.
“Real sweet,” Ali agrees. “Oh, it’s you!”
“Where?” She enlarges the picture until we can just make out a couple kissing in the background. It’s at an airport. “It’s not me.”
“It kinda LOOKS like you.”
“Yeah… Maybe. Doubt it.” We move on and find an incredibly unflattering picture of me and Ali sat on a wall eating huge burgers. “I should send that to my mom. She’d be SO proud of me!” Ali laughs and keeps clicking through the album.
“Aw look! The cutest couple on the planet.”
“AJ and Howie?” I joke, looking at the picture. It’s me and Brian sat on a wall outside some arena. He has his arm around me and my head is against his shoulder. He’s kissing my head in the picture.
“Aww…” Ali sighs. “You two are just the cutest. Do you even REALISE?”
“Uh, no.” I throw her a weird look and open up another photo. It’s of Ali and Nick. “Bless…” I tease as she blushes slightly.
