I hereby wish to express my greatest appreciation to Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Tan Lai Kim & all the staffs of Capital Land and Five Star Development for the co-operation & opportunity his company has given to EAC for the first implementation of 3Dome Smart Home in the Puchong Hartamas housing project.

Euro Asia Connection is currently implementing 3Dome Smart Home in the double storey terrace houses, where 3Dome is an option to the house buyers. Many house buyers have chosen one of the 3 packages offered. (Introductory-Package A, Intermediate-Package B & Advanced-Package C)

During the last 4 months EAC has seen tremendous interest for its 3Dome system and has successfully added several dealers to our list, who will further promote 3Dome Smart Home to the Malaysian market. This is part of our plan to provide 3Dome support coverage throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.

Two years ago the first 3Dome installation was implemented in one of the most prestigious colleges in Malaysia, INTI College in Nilai. We pride ourselves that the system has been operating for almost 2 years now without any interruptions, even though the buildings have been struck by lightning several times.

Three months ago we successfully installed 3Dome in one of the most prestigious offices in Manila, Philippines. That reference resulted in one single order for all our existing stock!

The Philippines market is particularly keen on smart home control via Internet and remote video surveillance, especially when both can work simultaneously; that is possible thanks to 3Dome's advanced broadband technology.

At the same time it is good to know that our Research & Development team in Holland is constantly working for you, our customer, to introduce new add-on features and applications.

For instance by the end of this year an 'invisible' motion sensor will be introduced. Such a sensor is totally hidden, it can not be seen by intruders in your house! However this sensor will always stay alert and guard your home all the time.

Then in the 1st quarter of 2003 we plan to introduce the first analogue 3Dome modules. Such modules can enhance your 3Dome Smart Home with intelligent temperature & humidity control.

Not only our in-house development advances our 3Dome Smart Home environment but also other reputable company's development and products. Examples are Sony Playstation2 and XBox from Microsoft, two products which can be linked in your 3Dome Smart Home environment. (See also cover story in July issue of Nikkei Electronic Asia.)

Very interesting is the move by Malaysian telecommunication providers like TELEKOM/Streamyx to introduce less expensive rates for broadband access in Malaysian homes. This gives us further assurance and confidence that our 3Dome wired infrastructure with broadband capacity will be in demand for a long time.
