EarthBound is an RPG released by Nintendo for the SNES in 1994. It was developed by APE software and the story was written by Shigeseto Itoh. It featured colorful graphics, great music, and an irreverant storyline. You are Ness, a kid with special powers. Along with three friends you try to stop Giygas from destroying Earth.
