It has been almost four years since we made first contact with you. In those years we have made great strides together. Since our Homeship first exited Inter dimensional space and the seventy eight Companions onboard first viewed your homeworld, we have had a special place in our hearts for you. Never in the great expanses of the universe have we witnessed a race such as yours.
When Ma'el first came to Earth, many of us believed he was wrong to come. But as many of us have learned through interacting with you through the global Embassies and national headquarters, we have grown a fondness for Earth.
My own experience on Earth has been particularly astonishing as I was assigned to the United Kingdom Embassy, and thus to the British, Welsh, Irish and Scottish people. In my long life, I have had many positions, titles, and assignments, and never have I been so pleased with one such as this. Learning about the ancient Pict, Celtic, Saxon and Norman races that have made up the present day people of these Isles, I was amazed to see the closeness with the Divine these people had. Not only with the Divine, but with each other.
I believe my most favourable encounter with your people, is with your King Charles. I have met him on many occasions and I must say that a leader such as His Majesty must be mentioned. His strong love and connection with the British people have shown us a different side to your leaders. When I first met his majesty, I was brought into the Buckingham Palace into an audience room along with my colleague Shra'on to be presented to the King. Not only was I impressed with the Palace itself, but interested by this concept of 'royal etiquette.' Ever since then, King Charles has been a great supporter of the Companion's on Earth.
