Re: Drinks and Drinking green_eyed_mist (28/F/Great Lakes region, USA) 3/30/01 2:59 pm Here's my answers: 1)I have two favorite drinks at the moment: Black Martinis (they taste like purple hooters only EXTREMELY STRONG) and Guinness. 2)My worst drunken episode was on my 21st birthday-- I had 14 shots of vodka and couldn't even walk, I went up to the bathroom, fell, hit my head on the floor and passed out. My friends were so drunk they didn't know what to do with me. So they dropped me off at my boyfriend's house (a fraternity house!) and left me there on the couch until he came home from work. I didn't wake up until the next morning... disoriented and in terrible pain. I didn't know where I was or what happened to me. I was so much in panic, that I checked to see if my clothes were still on-- and they were! As far as I know, I was left on the couch all night, and of course, some of the residents came down to see how I was and to tease me on how drunk I got. To say the least, my boyfriend was pissed. Another episode I had just recently... this past St. Paddy's Day night I went to the bars with my girlfriends, had too many martinis and fell on my ass trying to ride piggyback on my friend's brother's back. I must have fractured my tailbone because it STILL HURTS! 3) I had my first drink when I was about 16, at my cousin's wedding... but it was only some red wine. It gave me a headache. Guinness & Jack Daniels (not mixed of course) I once tasted a purple hooter, it wasn't a drink, I was dating a girl from WAY out of town! 2) If you can remember, what has been your worst drunken episode? Back in '78 when I was living in Texas I got pissed at my girlfriend. I killed a bottle of Southern Comfort and then started on Champagne. I spent the night driving the porcelin bus and had dry heaves for two days. To this day the very thought of Southern Comfort makes me ill. 3) How old were you when you had your first drink and where were you? I was about 8 and it was in my own living room. On rare occasions my dad used to give me beer to drink, we're talking 2 or 3 shot glasses worth. I thought I was HOT stuff. Course a couple of shots of beer and I was out for the night... It's what I end up drinking the most. Whiskey Sours; Tequila Sunrises and Kamakazi's and always, always Guinness. Murphys; Miller Red; Killian's Red 2) Well, I don't remember a worst drunken episode, but I do remember being told by the nice officer to climb out of the back of a 2-door and not being able to as all the beer bottles had wedged my legs in tight. Wasn't that drunk right then, but I was drunk most of that summer. Summer that year started in March, too and Ended in October. 3) First real drink, I was 13 and my sister took me up to Seward. Believe there are pics of it on here somewhere. They have a Mount Marathon, which is a race up a mountain, and The Brothers, who were the only biker gang ever to make The Hells Angels knees knock, were all in. My sister didn't want to leave me alone at the campground so she took me to the bar with her instead. Handed me whiskeys and cokes all night, telling me "Drink this and try to look old." lookin fer inspiration. jonnodadub 4/11/01 3:30 pm i is bak. we've ad a bit o problem in our 4 piece boy/heavy metal/rap/r n b band, KUZ TARD CREEMS. our last thuurd experimentil album da we called "ffukin bout wit a keybord" was panned by the critics.me ma sed it was shite n no 1 baught it.our sales record before was 4.....wen eh everyone in the band bought one but dis wan was so bad even i didnt wan it. so i tuuuk time out ta find me self.got over da hangova found meself on the bank o da liffey n i went back ta the studio (bazzas house) ewhere we recorded the next wan wit our state o d'art equipment (wazza stole a dictafone from the social welfare office.) ill post the lyrics n title in shit l8r.
