Letter of Recommendation for Mr. Jesus Sanchez

Jesus worked under my supervision as a Network Administrator from November10, 2000, until January5, 2001. His responsibilities included conducting research and interviews, Setting up Systems, and writing brief front-of-the-book pieces, in addition to some Supervisory duties. During the course of his employment, Jesus proved himself to be an able employee, a hard worker, and a talented Network Administrator.

I was quite impressed by Jesus' ability to complete all work assigned to him on time, if not before it was due. His research was always thorough and comprehensive, and his fact checking always accurate. We sometimes allow our Network assistants to do some writing, but Jesus' talents prompted us to assign him more pieces than the norm. His technical writing is clear, concise, and evocative.

Overall, Jesus is a very conscientious and able employee. I certainly believe he has what it takes to make a wonderful Network Manager someday, and I am sad to see him leave. I strongly recommend Jesus for any mid-level Network Administrator position in the technical industry.

Sincerely,

Edward P. Larkin
Executive Director

Letter of Recommendation for: Jesus Sanchez

Jesus Sanchez worked under my direct supervision at Melmarc for a period of 3 months on his senior project. Based on that working association, I can highly recommend Mr. Sanchez to any prospective employer seeking a highly motivated and productive person in the field of computer or statistical sales.

During the period that Mr. Sanchez and I worked together, I had the great pleasure of seeing him operate from a network assistant trainee at the beginning, into a fully functioning strategic ethical thinker, and a Program Co-Ordinator, in his final month with the company. This was the last position he held before moving on to a better career opportunity elsewhere.

Jesus is a hard-working self-starter who invariably understands exactly what a project is all about from the outset, and how to get it done quickly and effectively. During his last 2 moths in the Network Co-Ordinator position, I cannot remember an instance in which he missed a major deadline. Often he brought projects in below budget, and a few were even completed ahead of schedule.

Mr. Sanchez is a resourceful, creative, and solution-oriented person who was frequently able to come up with new and innovative approaches to his assigned projects. He functioned well as a team leader when required, and he also worked effectively as a team member under the direction of other team leaders.

On the interpersonal side, Jesus has superior written and verbal communication skills. He gets along extremely well with staff under his supervision, as well as colleagues at his own level. He is highly respected, as both a person and a professional, by colleagues, employees, suppliers, and customers alike.

Two months ago, when Mr. Sanchez announced his resignation to take up a new position with a larger company, we were saddened to see him leave, although we wished him the greatest success in his new undertaking. Even now, two moths after his departure, I can state that his presence, both as a person and as an exemplary employee, is still missed here.

In closing, as detailed above, based on my experience working with him, I can unreservedly recommend Jesus Sanchez to any prospective employer. If you would like further elaboration, feel free to call me at (714) 549-2170.

Sincerely,

Archiey Sandru
