Operational Commander:
The first player that signs up and wishes to be an "Operational
Commander" will be awarded the position. This position is simply a
liaison between a given force and the Economy of Force staff. The
Operational Commander is expected to select and distribute their fleets with the
consent of the players flying for their side, so that everyone has a say in the
force selection. If conflicts do arise, however, the final decision should
be made by the Operational Commander.
Moderation:
The six scenarios will be played out simultaneously. Moderation will be
handled by Matthew Francois, with some assistance from others when or if things
begin to get too busy for one person to take care of. Standard PBEM rules
will be used, and the time limits suggested in the PBEM rules will be followed.
