Rebecca Chambers
Rebecca from the previous game has just been sent up to the Arklay Mt. to investigate a crash, to her everything is normal. She proceeds cautiously though for she doesnt feel like everything is rite, just when she's about to go back, all hell breaks loose. Now she is stranded on the Arklay Mt. in a broken down train fighting for her life. Will she make it out alive?

Billy Koen
He is an ex navy officer who was in a millitary truck, he was sentanced to death for something he did. The turck he was in was later discovered on the Arklay Mt. It was a mess they got in to a massive accident, but there was no Billy. How he gets way hasent been revealed but we know that he does survive and later meets up with Rebbecca in the wrecked train.
