This is the game that will describe what happened befor S.T.A.R.S. knew about the incident in the Arklay Mt. This game is to star Rebbecca and a new charecter Billy Koan (or Coan) from what ive seen it looks good. It has been scrapped for 64 and moved to Gamecube hopefully it will be made.
