Bullet was one of the X6s that escaped during the fire.  He and his group were ambused by a Manticore group and was shot in the leg.  Bullet was named by Max and she told him and the others that Manticore wants them dead.  Bullet with Ralph, Bugler, Fixit, and Zero escaped with false papers to Canada.
