Cliff Sylven
~Majestic Flyers of the Mountains~

Cliff Sylvens are the winged people of the sylven race, the majestic flyers of the mountains. They have a reputation for being very firm in their beliefs and whatever path they have chosen, whether it be that of true, even or dark heart. They are a very graceful and lithe race, almost delicate-looking with their wings. They often stand between the heights of 5 to 6 feet and can weigh anywhere between 100 to 150 pounds. They can have any hair and eye color and their wings can be of any color also. They have a wingspan of between 6 and 7 feet.

Though normally slender in build, Cliff Sylven are also great warriors. They are very quick and agile, able to use an enemy's own momentum against them. When in the air fighting, they are a force to be reckoned with as they gain a +5% to evade when flying. Being that their natural homes are within the mountains, they have befriended the dwarves. They often trade with one another to help better each other's lives. They have even learned the art of metal working and are able to forge the greatly desired Cliff Sylven Chainmail, an armor that even the stubborn dwarves can admire and appreciate.

Racial Abilities and Restrictions

• Once a Cliff Sylven reaches level 4, they have the knowledge to forge armor, Cliff Sylven Chainmail (40% soak, no penalty to evade). Before this can be done, they must have approval from a DGA. While they are making the armor, they cannot quest for a month as they will be busy with forging the armor, if they wish to forge more cliff sylven armor in the future, they may do so but the same rule applies.
• Cliff Sylven have great eyesight, being able to see up to 500 yards accurately.
• Cliff Sylven receive a +5% to evade when in the air flying (which must be stated in their evade when doing so).
• Cliff Sylven receive a +2% to dexterity.
• Cliff Sylven must have a height between 5 and 6 feet and weight between 100 to 150 pounds.
• Cliff Sylven must have a minimum dexterity stat of 16.
• Cliff Sylven can be any ethic they choose.
• Cliff Sylven can be any profession they choose.
