Music

I have a very varied music taste, but I mainly listen to metal and hardcore (not the happy ravey kind, dear god no, more like Killswitch Engage). I try to go (when funds allow) to as many gigs as possible, and since we live fairly near to a gig venue (Fibbers) that shouldn't be too hard to keep up. Plus we have a metal pub 78 steps from our door. Which is handy.

Bands I like include Ill Nino, Arch Enemy, Machine Head, Slayer, Glassjaw, Rob Zombie, NOFX (I said my taste was varied), Amen, Rammstein, Mad Capsule Markets, ICP (much clown love), SOAD, RX Bandits, Fear Factory, Static X, Dry Kill Logic and 36 Crazyfists to name a few. Well, more than a few actually...

Bands I hate include HIM (shite music for mooks), Type O Negative (miserable shite) and Evanescence (shite pretending to be better shite than it is). Operatic goth bands are also rubbish due to the fact I hate whinging music. All of the aforementioned 'bands' should get some integrity, do us all a favour and fuck off back to whichever charnel house they came from.
