"I am normally a very happy, animated, cheery person and the sisters are used to seeing me that way, well...one night last November I was not quite acting like myself. I was quieter, much quieter. I tend to hide my negative feelings, or negative things that are happening to me, and what I was hiding was the fact that besides not having enough $ to pay my rent, I had no money to buy my son a birthday present or two for his 6th birthday. I didn't want to tell anyone, but one of the girls noticed how quiet I was.
