Cryterial for star ship sizes
We need to be very rational when make the actual sizes for the star ships of the SC series. It is my hope tha we will come to an agreement about ALL the sizes one day and it will be used throughout the SC internet universe.
We must be rational people! First of all we will have to disregard what the sizes of the ships look like in the game because if we do then the ships are the size of planets and that doesn't work. We need to think of the technology each race of the ship has, how powerful the ships is, what it can do, we need to apply the technology of the race to the ship. Forinstace engines on the earthling cruiser are not as efficient as the engines on the Ur-Quan Dreadnought, so a cruisers engine will have to be bigger than and ur-quan's engines for the same speed. You get the idea. There's also systems that have to be distinguished. We also have to take into account if there warlike and there race's productivity of warships. Just some plan hard rationality and with some good arguements behind it. The ships also can't be too big(let use the Utwig Jugger as a prime example, the Jugger wouldn't be any bigger than 1 km long and 1 km wide and 1 km high) or too small( the Jugger wouldn't be 100m high, wide or long). We also need the 2 dimentions of the ship(length, width and height) because with the way the SC ships are made those are all very important(the earthling cruiser is long, but not very wide or high).
