New!   State Title Results 2001

Competition within Surf Life Saving Australia plays a major role in enabling surf lifesavers to achieve and maintain high skills and fitness levels for patrol duties.

Our weekly Junior training sessions will prepare our Nippers for the surf and rescue skills needed, for what we hope is a long involvement in lifesaving. Competition enables them too, to test their fitness and skills, against Nippers from other clubs.

Our Juniors take part in a number of carnivals and interclub events each season, culminating in the annual State Titles. Check out the results of the 1999/2000 State Titles which were held in March 2000 at Port Noarlunga.

On selected training days throughout the season, our Juniors compete against each within their age groups for points towards the Club Champions awards.

Competition caters for all members with individual and team events over various disciplines, including march past, surf swimming, wade, board paddling, beach flags, beach sprint, rescue & resuscitation, cameron and of course ironman and ironwoman.
