=/\= =/\= =/\= =/\= In Sickbay............ The Commodore surveyed his surrounding's in the CMO's office, the FAdm with a look of concern, Kbee expressionless, and the Doctor have the some dull Vulcan expression that he was used to by now. "Well, it look's like the one we pulled out of one of our deep cover operatives" Timm paused for a moment looking at the Padd the Doctor just handed him " hmm, I seem to remember, that Dr... Bashir removed the last one the procedure took like 12 hour's, he used nanites but...I can't remember how". Kbee raised her eyebrow. Timm walked over to the replicator in CMO's office. "Computer, coffee, hot, extra strong, 2 cream's, 2 sugar's" =/\= Working =/\= He reached in and grabbed the steaming hot coffee and took a sip and slapped his comm badge. "Higgins to the bridge" "Bridge here" came back the voice of Commander Sparehawk, who was pulling bridge duty. "What's our ETA to DS9?" he asked "We have already contacted op's, we are cleared to dock in five minutes" she replied Timm paused for a second, reached down snatched up the padd, hit a few button's on it. "Send this message that I'm downloading right now to Dr... Bashir, encrypt it please...notify my when we dock...Higgins~out" Timm turned to face the three of them now, then focusing on Kbee, sipping on his coffee again he spoke, almost sullen tone, as if he had not had sleep in day's....which was true. "Well, Vice Admiral, hope your not in a hurry to go anywhere you'll be in no condition to do anything for a few day's" he outstretched his arm and handed the padd to the Vice Admiral "here's Doctor Bashir's report on the last procedure, look them over, that way you'll know what's going on" She took the padd and looked it over. "Now if you will excuse me, I must start preparing for docking procedure's....." the Commodore stated and strode out of the room. =/\= =/\= =/\= =/\= Corridor out side sick bay...... As the Commodore walked down the corridor, he looked around at damage repair crew's working as hard as they could to get the ship back to fully operational...wounded limping in and out of make shift medical facilities. The Commodore was also thankful to the Akagis crew for lending a hand to repair's. He made his way to the turbo-lift...he stepped in. "Battle Bridge" he commanded, and the lift was on the way. the next time the door opened the Commodore stepped into a very brightly lighted battle bridge, which was small, but put a repair team in here and in got even smaller "I miss my bridge" the Commodore thought to himself. Commander Sparehawk noting that the Commodore stepped on to the bridge she stood up out of the commander chair, and took her place standing by the command chair, she was acting XO until a new one could be assigned, but as it was she was transferring out once they docked. Timm made his way to the command chair, he looked at the Chief... "Status report..." he asked... Chief Sparehawk tugged at the bottom of her uniform, and replied " We will be ready to dock in t-minus 3:00 minutes, we are making our final approach." "Good" he replied " thought I'd come up here for this" he replied.

The Vice-Admiral didn't look impressed with she read. But after a while debating she decided to go through with it. If Dr. Bashir could remove the implant then he can.
She headed to the bridge to see Timm and tell him of her decision. Yet Timm had already gone. Only the FAdm remained on the battle bridge.
Before she could tell him of her decsion he asked her to join him in the ready room.
She followed him in

As the FAdm walked into the ready room of RAdm Higgins he turned and said to RAdm Higgins, Hope you don't mind if I use your ready room, RAdm Higgins said be my guest sir, thank you the Fleet Admiral replied, if you need me I will be there, the FAdm was very tired none of his crew or him had slept for days but the Akagis crew had been pushed before and they were use to it, as he walked toward the room he noticed one of the Ens at a control panel working, the FAdm took another look it was one of the Akagis crew working side by side with the Midway crew, Ens good job the FAdm said, thank you sir she replied, with VAdm Kbee right behind him the door closed, Well Kbee have a seat, as the FAdm walked around the desk to sit down we have a problem, it seems that you used the cloaking device that the Klingons let us borrow in a incorrect way, if they get wind of this we could be in allot of hot water. So what do you have to say about what you did before I make any kind of decision on this matter, the FAdm lend back in the chair and watched the VAdms expression.
*************************************************************************
Well Sir, I can't say I am sorry because I believe I acted in the best possible way."
The FAdm was taken aback. "Oh".
Kbee explained herself, "We found a derelict ship, we were travelling with Cadets and was on the edge of Domion space. What was I suppose to? BE led staright into the trap. I bought us time thanks to the Klingons."

***The clank and clatter of corridor 9 is louder than Betazoid chimes at
dinnertime. Engineers and yeomen, officers and enlisted alike cram into
the halls of the newly reinstated U.S.S. Moonblade as final adjustments
are being made for her next mission. The uncertainty about the change
to Starfleet Intelligence shows in the crewmen's faces. Is there some
reason that the ship is being brought out of retirement and straight
into SI? The rumors range from reputed Dominion involvement in the
highest ranks of Starfleet to the poisoning of the Alpha Quadrant's
cornbread supply by some militant Ferengi. Such rumors are to be
expected anytime a ship is suddenly reinstated after a leave of absence
from service. The sudden disappearance of the Moonblade and her
commanding officer from active service was certainly cause for concern .
. .The one person who has not been concerned about the matter is the
captain herself. Being careful not to step on the smattering of tools
and instruments strewn about the corridor, Adm. Llira Tyrel makes her
way to the bridge. Sure, the short amount of time she was off-duty gave
her an opportunity to "kick-it-back", so to speak and she won't deny
that those last few days on Andevian II were some of the best she's had
since Kylie Tyrel's infamous jaunt in the Arcturian cluster. Still . .. she always knew that her heart was in Starfleet.
Ahead in the corridor is a shapely female covered in tawny fur hunched
over a panel near the floor. The triangular-shaped ears protruding from
the top of her furry mane perk up at the approach of Adm. Tyrel. Her
whispy, rolling voice indicates a capacity for human-like speech that
took years to master.
"Admirrral, I was just about to call you. We have compleeted the
prrreeeliminarrry scans and it appearrrs that the Moonblade is rrready
forrr final inspection."
"Thank you, Lt. Sharra."
The name is a close approximation. It was given to her by Academy
cadets who couldn't even begin to master the Caitian pronunciation.
Adm. Tyrel hasn't known Lt. Sharra very long, but she's already grown
quite fond of her gentle science officer. She has been warned not to
get too close to her current crew as they might get rotated out at any
time in favor of more experienced and more talented officers, but that
hasn't stopped the Admiral from making friends, anyway.
As Adm. Tyrel continues down the hall, dodging tricorders and data
chips, she stops to check up on each of the young officers that are
busily reassembling pieces of the ship.
"So, Ensign, how are you liking your new . . ."
Her speech is interrupted by the calm voice of the computer eminating
from the comm panel beside her.
"Incoming transmission from the U.S.S. Midway."
In response to the computer, Adm. Tyrel smiles and then tells it, "In my
ready room."
She turns to the ensign and tells him, "Hold that thought . . . I'll be
back for the answer shortly."
With that, she picks up the pace and heads toward her old ready room.
The ready room is bare, except for a few decorations that Llira added in
a rush when she first came on board. She takes a deep breath as she
glances around the old hangout. She'd love to jump right in and start
decorating, but she just doesn't have the time. She takes a seat right
beside the Kryonian tiger sculpture she picked up at an auction on
Ferenginar (at a very reasonable price -- much to the chagrin of the
auctioneer). As she listens to the message sent by her commanding
officer, mixed feelings swell in her head. DS9 is wonderful place to
visit. She'll get a chance to beat some overzealous Ferengi at tongo
and she can order that Samarian Sunset drink that she loved so much.
She knows that Quark keeps the actual stuff on-hand, even if it does
cost several bars of gold-pressed latinum more than it should. On the
other hand, DS9 has had its share of problems lately and she knows that
the visit will not be all fun and games. Wars, diplomacy, politics . .
. it's great to be back in Starfleet!
As Adm. Tyrel enters the bridge and sets course for DS9, the Bajoran
navigator mutters "May the prophets guide us."

The FAdm sat back just a moment and looked back over at VAdm Kbee, You are correct in you had to do something, but we are Starfleet Officers and must uphold the codes to that office, What you have done can cause some kick back but I am looking at this from 2 points as the FAdm got up and walked to the window........ You see Kbee I have been working on Starfleet Command to talk to the Romulans now that they have entered the War on our side about using the Cloaking device more, However some of Federation Council is not ready to cross that bridge until the war is more at hand, I try to tell them that at that point we want need it, but who are we just simple officers trying to win a war! Seems to me things would be better if we used cloak. Do you care to add anything elsa before I take action?
*************************************************************************
" Well do what you must but I believe my actions to be in the best possible way. We need the cloaks, yes. But I cannot say that all commanding officers who have a cloak wouldn't use it whether of not they should"
Kbee was getting ratty. The FAdm had been so busy trying to get Kbee to lower her voice, that neither of them had noticed the ready room door open and RAdm Timm walk in,"Hello?"
*************************************************************************
The FAdm trying to get VAdm Kbee to lower her voice, and turned to face her as the FAdm noticed RAdm Higgins walked in.......... Yes RAdm Higgins what can I do for you today? The FAdm looked at RAdm Higgins.........
