The City of Sanctuary, New York is broken up into three different Islands. These are Islands were never named and were instead just referred to as Island 1, 2 and 3.

The First Island, which is the closest to the Coast of New York, has a bridge that is the only way out of the city by Car. The first Island is a Commercial dream, filled with mega corporations and head quarters of many Fortune 1000 companies. The First Island is also home to the world renown strip, having everything from oxygen bars, to strip clubs, to casinos. This is the place for heavy rollers, and scum bags alike.

The second Island was at one time the great Island of growth and life, this was until the Industrial parks moved in and forced all that could afford it back to the third Island. This Island is home the Industrial Sector, the rough gang banging neighborhoods of the Barrens, and the Dead Lands, the once home of the great Shadow Lord Strong Hold, the Caern of the Storm. Now it just stands as a burnt down forest filled with pain, and grief. It is said that from time to time, strange wolves are seen prowling the night.

The Third and final Island, is one that is filled with a strong conservative citizen base. When events transpire here of high crime the city responds violently, and quickly. This is where the Mayor, and many other important city officials live. Island One

Barrens (all of the bad neighborhoods, and rough areas, inner city trash)
The Dead Lands (once known as the Caern of the Storm)

Island Three
Suburbs (,or the Burbs)(the easy going conservative neighborhoods, upper middle class.))
The Southern Woods (the thick lush woods, rumors hold that protectors of the land walk tred these areas.)
