It'd be cool to join me in #eagleland, because then you could actually talk to me in real time. ^_^ mIRC does not limit you to talking to me, though, you can join many other channels and talk to other people. It's up 24-7, but sadly, you have to get there at the right time to talk to me. Not many people regular there, but if you constantly go there, you'll end up in a conversation with 10-15 other people. mIRC is 100% free and fun
Go to mIRC downloads page, and download mIRC from any of the mirrors on the page (Mirrors closer to you will go faster, especially if you have a 56k). Install the program somewhere onto your computer. Fill out the blanks, Nick (The name you will go by in the chatroom), E-Mail address, ect.
Where it says list of servers, click the add button and type in dynastynet for the discription and irc.dynastynet.net for the IRC Server.
Now click "Connect to server". Once you connect, type in /msg nickserv register password email@address, the things you replace are underlined. Press Alt+R. Copy and paste this into the box that pops up:
ctcp *:identify:{ /ns id yourpass }
Change yourpass in the above thing to whatever you registered your nickname with for your password. (this will make it so when you connect you identify.) If you need help, E-mail me at Eggy@Starmen.net, or AIM me at ebeggy15.
