Aeris, Dead Or Alive

Can you resurrect Aeris? The answer to that question lies with in.
Aeris death was heart breaking for many of FF7's players me includued. But is there a way to bring her back with out theGameshark. There is alot of ways this answer can be determined. Here is a simple list of why so many people think you can resurrect her.

1. The extra ledge right before the finla battle.
2. The Materia that fell into the water after Aeris died.
3. Aeris ghost at the Church.
4. You get too form 3 parties at the end of the game but 1 of the parties do not have 3 members.
5. Why will most players never get to use her Lv 4 limit break.
6. Why is there two extra slots in the PHS.

Well there is some of the common facts why people still think Aeris can be resurrected. Now here is some rumors on how to resurrect Aeris.

The materia named revive we all use it and love it, but supposedly this materia does not only have 3 levels it has 4. Yes 4. This is how it works, you equip the Buster Sword (I can not remember what Cloud's first sword was, or is it the Buster Sword well just remember it's his first sword) whcih only has x1 AP growth and you must get 800,000 AP for a mastered Revive materia to get this supposedly 4th level which by the way is called Resurrect not Life 3.

After you have gotten the 4th level you must get the Sector 5 key from Bone Village (you have to dig next to the airplane) after you have gotten the key head to Midgar and use the key to get back in. Head on over to Aeris house and go to her room then use 4 tissues (get these in the battle arena) next to Aeris bed and Cloud will supposedly be overcome with grief and say "Why did you have to die" after he is finished bitching your party will come out and Cloud will tell them he wants to bring Aeris back to life, they will question you but afterwards you all agree. After your group will suggest to go to the church to get some leads on how to get her back.

After all this head to the church but make sure Cait Sith is in your party, if this is your first time to the church since Aeris died you should see her ghost. After that sequence the kids next to the flower bed will ask "where is the nice Flower girl" but before you can answer they notice Cait Sith and ask to play with him, he agrees and they go play outside the church. After they leave Aeris ghost will appear again and she will tell you about the resurrect spell and then will tell you to go to the Ancient City. So on to the Ancient City you go.

When you reach the Ancient City head to the spot where Bugenhagen inserted the key when you get enter the waterfall. Cloud will then remember what Aeris told him and will take the Revive materia out of his pocket and will yell "I never got to tell you" then he will cry (supposedly) he will then place the materia on the pedestal and will kneel as if to do a prayer then the Materia starts to shine and shimmer and explode, after it explodes it will shine so much Cloud will have to hide his eyes from it then after the light fades you will see a ghostly image of Aeris and she will tell you to go back to the Church in Sector 5. Head to Midgar again.

When you get to the church you will notice Aeris and your group investigates the flower bed and then Aeris starts to walk towards you it is then that Cloud notices she is not a ghost, she then says to Cloud "dont worry, Cloud, it really is me... Maybe now we can do all those things that we never finished the first time around...."

I have emailed him June 20th 2002 about this so called resurrection, I will tell you what he says when I get a reply. That is just 1 of many supposedly ways of resing Aeris. There are lots out there. Also the reason I included this specific rumor is becasue he had screenshots of Aeris in spots where she could never of been and also a screen of the Resurrect spell. So you wish to know what I think about this resing thing? I will tell ya. I think it is complete Bullshit. I also think that the writer's who wrote FF7 had it planned in the game but ran out of time because they had to release Final Fantasy 7, I think they just never put it in but it was planned to be in there. So I think this is bullshit and would not even waste my 10 hours trying to do it. You may try but I think it's a lie.
