ACTIVATION DATE: 21XX: June 10th, after Sigma's defeat at the hands of X. ---- [PUnit]: [ This is IC, so after Sigma's FIRST defeat. Remember that RavenZero is still being kept secret for the most part. ]
TYPE: HyperAdvanced Prototype Reploid. AI code derived from Dr. Light's original X Model coding. Body and AI adapted by Dr. Ryan.
CURRENT PURPOSE: To assist, protect, and help humans any way he can. ** NOTE ** Self Chosen Purpose.
TECHNICAL DETAILS:

Body: Armour almost identical to X, minus the helmet and gloves, leaving his hands and head exposed, but while adding an even more human appearance to him. Optical and Aural sensors are built into humanoid head unit. Head unit also contains main neural networks ("Brain"). Raven is able to eat and even smell and taste foods, his internal systems even making full use of all the materials it can for energy. Any waste is ejected via a unit on his left leg in a small reusable capsule as a dry powder for hygene reasons. Energy shielding is enhanced to compensate for lack of additional armour. "Skin" areas of Raven's body are actually warm to the touch, at normal body temperature, and Raven even bleeds synthetic blood, which looks perfectly real, but when analysed is basically just a highly efficiant internal coolant, which is what keeps the body temperature warm. Armour also acts as a coolant, being made of specialist alloys. Out of the armour, Raven has a very human body, and keeps it clothed in a simple black jump suit, to which his armour easily attaches and connects with.
Weapons: Single Pulse Blaster: Rapid fire energy bolts. Uses very low power drain. Mounted upon right forearm, instead of like a Buster Cannon which is mounted inside the arm. RageCharge: An original system placed there by Dr. Wily. Raven's never had to use it, but analysis shows that upon usage it enables him to convert all the energy from any attacks which strike him into a charge, a little like X's Buster Cannon, but more powerful depending upon how many hits he takes. However, there is a limit, and if Raven charges too much, he may cause himself intense, and possibly fatal damage.

PERSONA: Raven is almost entirely human in personality and mind. However, he is aware he is a reploid, and is perfectly fine with it. Dr Ryan felt it would be wrong to give RavenZero the most humanoid looks and body of all his kind and deny him the knowledge of his true self. Raven himself chose his own path in life, with no help from anybody else, and just the entire relevant, unbiased history of the world at his fingertips. What he was not given, however, was any details concerning Dr. Wily's original plans for him. So he was free to make his own judgements. He turned out to be playful, inquisitive, caring, and very noble minded, not to mention startlingly non-violent. In fact, the only reason he armed himself was because he knew that people might need a protecter at some point, and he didn't want to just sit around and wait for someone else to do it. He wanted to help other people as much as possible, in any way he could. Although he prefers not to fight, and to just have fun, he will do battle if necessary.
He holds a great deal of respect and admiration for the legendary blue bomber, RockMan, and indeed X who is also Dr. Light's construction. Even Dr. Light he holds in high regard. He doesn't like the fact that he knows he was Dr. Wily's creation, but sees his desire to help others instead of destroy as something to be proud of. Even if he is rather modest. He talks little of himself if he can help it, and since he has a human personality and looks, likes to mingle as much as he can with humans, even so much as to avoid admitting he's really a reploid until he really needs to, for fear of being austracised because of it.
