Luecretia, the avatar

Image: A nightmare, pure and simple.  Luecretia possess a vaguely sensual appearance that is wholly inhuman.  When she speaks it is with a voice made of a young girl and the burbling voice of the drowned dead.  Her skins glistens wetly and appears to more of a hardened carapace than anything actually resembling skin.

Background: A Cainite hailing from ancient Rome, Luecretia has always had a thirst for conquest and bloodshed.  The transition to from human to Tzimisce was a simple one and Luecretia eagerly embraced the doctrine of the Azhi Dahaka and the path of metamorphosis.  She knew what she wanted.  She wanted the throngs of worshipful slaves she had seen in the temples of Rome, she wanted to become a god.

Her maniacal thirst for power coupled with her intelligence and her skills with both Vicissitude and Koldunic sorcery attributed to a near meteoric rise amongst the clan.  Her colleges included Sacha Vykos aka Caine’s Angel, Lambach Ruthven the childe of the Elder, and Yorak the Abomination.  She achieved the status of the Bloody Queen and was responsible for some of the most brilliant (and brutal) events in Tzimisce history.  Whole villages were utilized for her experiments as she wrestled with the tenants of her path, one body at a time.

Finally, she went too far and there was an uprising. Despite her powers, the population of seven villages banded together and engaged in a war against the Queen.  Counting on her fellow Tzimisce for support, she was stunned to learn not only would they not support her, they actively aided the rebellion.  Luecretia swore they were envious of her great power, the Tzimisce knew the truth: she was completely and irrevocably mad and thus unfit to lead the clan.  Luecretia had a wooden stake driven through her heart, cursing her clan as torpor took her.  Her body was incinerated and her ashes spread across the Danube.

But the land had other plans.

Tzimisce folklore holds that a demon, Kumpala, is laired deep in the earth of Romania.  That in the days of Adam and Eve it made war against the Lupines until repeatedly, finally their most potent shamans trapped it.  They surrounded it from the north and south, and gripped the earth with their terrible claws.  The peeled the lands back like onionskin, forming two great walls, then clapped them together in one might heave.  Their Herculean effort formed the Carpathians and the Alps and trapped Kupala deep within their heart like two clasped hands holding a fly.  Thus it remained, until the Tzimisce found Kumpala centuries later. Thus did the Tzimisce gain the knowledge of Koldunic sorcery

Or so the legend went.  The demon laired in the deep black earth of the land, slowly corrupting it and all around him.

            The legends are true.

The ashes of Luecretia mixed into the cold, dead waters of the Danube and settled into the clay and there Kumpala found a trace of intelligence, her hate for her clan and the world tainted the ashes of her destroyed body.  Like a single glowing ember in a pile of ashes, Kumpala blew on them, feeding it the sick, black magic of the land.  It would take centuries to gain any results.  Kumpala had centuries.  And centuries later, a figure made of clay and mud, water and hate clawed her way out of the Danube and opened eyes made of the blackest waters of Romania.

            Luecretia lived again.

Utilizing the power bestowed upon her by Kumpala, she had little trouble finding a body.  She controlled the winds and the winds brought forth a young sixteen-year-old girl.  In a single act, Luecretia flowed over the girl, into her and thus did she regain a body of flesh.  The transformation was imperfect and her new body warped and twisted into something wholly alien, but she was unconcerned.  She had her power, she had cheated Final Death, and now she would have her revenge not only against the clan that had betrayed her, but the world that had spawned them.  Whereas once she was born to shepherd the weak, now she believed herself reborn to murder the world.

Assembling a legion of twisted acolytes and magically-spawned soldiers, she outstretched her hand towards Romania and made war.

Thus does she reside to this night, waging war against those who betrayed her, with her ultimate goal being nothing less than bringing Hell on Earth.

Roleplaying Hints: You have a rage that must be sated.  No amount of death will satisfy you, this is beyond war or conquest, this is vengeance against the world.  The meat of the world must be savaged and devoured.  Even God must be brought low and you will do so, you will not be ruler of the world, you will be its destroyer.  First your clan, then the country then all that you survey.
