Grandmother: Children of Gaia, Theurge, Rank 4, Age 19, 5 ft’9’, An unbelievably  incredibly experienced Theurge and leader and still not yet 20. Helena ‘Grandmother’ Delmare has been accepted by the old wise spirit ‘Mother’ to refocus and lead her people through the dark times. The sprightly dark haired youth occasionally lets her lack of confidence in her own ability show, yet has been thrust into the highest of offices. She often wears small petite, earthy dresses with harmonic colours; the girl seems incredibly in touch with nature and seems to channel the energy of Gaia. Many already trust in her ability and await a great leader to be born from her, even though she has not yet taken a mate.

Marianna Barclay: Children of Gaia, Galliard, Rank 4, Age 32, 6 ft, A mature yet beautiful leggy long blonde/brown straight hair. Worldly and wise and knows exactly what she wants and how she can get it.  Friendly until crossed then can turn real nasty, for the most part, though, a very loveable lady. Wasted as a Galliard, although as she would say ‘that’s the way the moon turns’. Has connections at Carleon and in France and is one of the founding members of the Sept of the Glade. Normally wears good quality, fashionable hippie dresses. She has now taken over the role of caern leader and wears Mother’s old Celtic torc of office.

Broken Tooth: Red Talon, Ahroun, Lupus, Rank 5, Age 32, 6’1 The notable Talon from the Canadian lands, he came with Scent of Red Snow, and guaranteed this post, he is now trying to fit in with life inside a scab Caern. He is already making plans to eliminate nearby buildings, expand the pack and the woodlands, and secretly......an impergium. He is not an Ahroun to be trifled with, and the Wyrm is now in fear as this Talon has put the Caern under his protectorate. He has a personal war against the vampire’s of the area, which wont last long.

Rob Mitchell: Children of Gaia, Theurge, Rank 3, Age 28, 6’ tall, blonde curling hair, overweight and jovial with round glasses. The guy is a perpetual waster, often high on skunk and weed. He lacks any honour outside of this caern and so finds comfort at Manchester. Often late and never reliable but he makes a good friend for most of the others all the same. He commonly wears a dirty t-shirt and large jeans.

Scent of Red Snow: Red Talon, Galliard, Lupus Rank 4, Age 32, A small Canadian red wolf. Scent came here for two reasons both he is keeping secret, although he is making it clear that he will tolerate life in such a Caern as long as some move against tribal unity is made. He is trying to keep Broken Tooth in line as well, knowing full well, if left he will only discolour the tribes good name in Great Britain, the legendary home the Grey Wolf.

Snow Runner: Red Talon, Ahroun, Lupus, Rank 4, Age 35, A French red brown wolf, of a notably good pure breed, he is agile, and strong, yet lacks any will to be an alpha, he prefers the position of Beta and supporting the leading wolf. He dislikes the Caern and is trying to find his place, of the new Talons he is the one that is struggling to life in a scab. He also misses his kin, and is trying to ensure that some of their kin are given hunting ground, and living space. He does understand the problems this may cause.

Calico: Red Talon, Ahroun, Metis, Rank 4, Age 31, One eyed Calico, he is a dark brown wolf, with hulking body and a heavy stock and coat. He is alpha material, but not while the more potent Broken Tooth remains. He can mistreat Homid Garou, and demands his own territory, space, and a level of respect. He is not much of a social wolf, and mixes rarely with the other Talons. He has his own plans, but no one knows what they are. He confirms some of the Children of Gaia’s fears about this treaty but is an unnecessary evil.

Jane Manson: Children of Gaia, Galliard, Rank 3, Age 26, 5ft 3’ tall, short dark hair, petite and pretty (but for a faded facial acid burn), but is shy and reclusive. Keep s to herself but gets called on at moots to tell sagas and great tales. Many come from afar for this for she has a great talent and memory and can recall fine details (she has a eidetic memory). After a harrowing relationship with kinfolk she is now dedicating her life to the caern.

Freddie Mcdowell: Children of Gaia, Philodox, Lupus? Rank 3, Age 36, 5ft 8’ tall, Short curling dark brown hair, very slightly freckled, piecing black eyes with a predatory stare. Not well liked and a bit of a loner. Spends most of time in the Physical watching kids playing ball games. Only true friend was the outcast Rachel (now deceased) whom he bitterly misses. It is rumoured he was the only person to have not slept with Rachel. Despises the Get, actors (particularly Malcolm Mcdowell) and John Constantine. Is a particularly awful Philodox. He has just returned from Egypt after being lost there for the last year. He helped restore the Caern.

Alex Saunders: Children of Gaia, Philodox, Rank 3, Age 26, 5ft 11’ tall. He has short straight black hair, with refined features and prominent eyebrows. The depressive thinker often goes into sulks and smokes plenty of pot. Is very well educated and a logical thinker. Gets on well socially although bullied by the Get, as he is weak in body and skill. He is good looking, and speaks well and is popular among the older kinfolk and Garou. Mother particularly had a soft spot for him. He dresses smart, often in a lined or chequered shirt with a tie, trousers and shoes.

Jo Centre’: Children of Gaia, Galliard, Rank 3, Age 21, 5ft 9’ tall. Short cropped dark brown hair. She maintains a lovely tanned complexion with a mole on her left cheek. She has a strong French accent and is one of the late joiners from La mores in France. Originally formed a pack with Diane, Marianna, Alex and Patricia, the pack was broken but all the members are still close. She has a short temper for a Children of Gaia and is a Black fury Sympathiser. She has Fenris as a Spirit alley and is the spokesperson for the tribe when dealing with other Tribes. She can speak 17 languages.

Patricia Malone: Children of Gaia, Ragabash, Rank 3, Age 27, 5ft 11’. Short black hair which is pressed straight, round face with pointed chin, defined cheek bones and quite wide eyes (looks like Sophie Ellis Baxter) A very serious Ragabash that keeps herself to only well dedicated Sept mates. She can be racist and sexist, which is where she directs her sharp wit. Often told of about it apologises and then carries on. Often seen wearing red and black.

Diane Royale: Children of Gaia, Philodox, Rank 3, Age 36, 5ft 11’. Freckled with fiery red hair, slightly overweight and the least attractive of all the Sept. She is a converted Black Fury, changing tribe when she was forced to leave her old Caern. She still has a short fuse and intolerance to stereotypical men. Hating the Fenris, seeing herself inside them. She deals mainly with the women at the Caern, only tolerating Alex - an old pack mate. She loathes Constantine and Freddie. Normally dresses in combat clothes and utility clothing. Her allegiance has swayed of late.

Mike Penn: Glass walker, Galliard, Rank 3, Age 28, 5ft 10’ Mike is an easy fellow to get on with. His hair is straight and immaculately kept. He prides himself in his appearances and is never far from his briefcase. He is an arms dealer for the caern and is ‘on exchange’ from London in an attempt to combine forces of the two Caerns. He has fitted in nicely with the pack, and is not looking forward to having to return to London. Mike no longer insists on wearing his office clothing but his clothes are always well kept. Gets on well with Rob Mitchell, although he does think he is a loser.

Jenny Cork: Black fury, Ahroun, Rank 3, Age 28, 5ft 4’, Long brown hair almost always kept in a bob, she is undecidedly beautiful and slightly Asian in looks. She is a lesbian and has a kinfolk lover; she does not have the usual hatred for men and has had a few boyfriends but now remains distanced from them in times of intimacy. She is skilled in arts and crafting and makes many potential fetish cases. Not to be dismissed, she is a capable warrior but her anger has subsided since joining with the Children of Gaia and there is hope she will convert to the Children.

Olaf Peterson: Get of Fenris, Ahroun, Rank 4, Age 32, 6ft 4’ tall, Long plated blonde hair in six separate pony tails. Tall and lanky yet surprisingly strong. The Biggest of the Get and only survivor of the original 4. Often seen with his silver plated battle-axe and his bound chain mail. He has close connections to his ancestral Norse origins. Speaks little, normally to make threats. He hates weakness in people and those that talk too much. He wears specially made tweeds and tartans. Never the less he remains a noble and regal warrior who is little understood.

Max Stone: Glass walker, Theurge, Rank 1, Age 19, 6ft 2’ tall, A tall detective who still actively follows his life as a investigator in the ‘Homid’ world. Corvac tolerates this because of the connections and information it gives the Caern. Stone is an approachable and calculating Garou, saying little that is unimportant. Dressing in trench coats and cream or grey hats.

The Caern: The Caern is a powerful one; it always has been, ever since the children of Gaia took it over from the Glass Walkers. The new totem that was introduced was Unicorn that changed the Caern to one of Healing with Crow staying on from the Glass Walkers. There always was a problem with a lack of Ahrouns (those few they had went to Carleon for the better reputation, leaving the Caern weak. Mother managed to agree to share the Caern with a pack of Red Talons, with an active truce between the two. At first it went badly but with time the Talons learned patience and the Children got their Ahrouns. Unicorn as a Totem eventually fell and Dove took the place. As part of a deal to prevent the Caern falling the Children allowed a pack of Fenris from Chester settle at the Caern who have caused as many problems as they have solved. Eventually the Fenris acquired leadership of the caern and militarised it into its present state. It is also at this time the Red Talons made a deal with the Wyrm that resulted in the death of several old pack mates and the destruction of the caern. It was nearly a year before the Garou were able to reclaim the site and restore the original totem Unicorn. Marianna Barclay took control and was running the caern capably, until the arrival of the Silver Fang Corvac Malkolov, who took control of the Caern. Only one of the Get is still alive and remains as Caern guardian. After a few turbulent years the Caern was briefly captured by minions of the Wyrm who damaged it extensively. Now a group of Red Talons have come to reclaim the Caern and its lost power. It is hoped that this Caern will again rise to its former glory in the last days, now that the Ahroun problem is not an issue. Recently a beautiful and frail young Garou has come claiming to be able to channel and contact the lost spirit of ‘Mother’ this young girl has received much support and at last hope returns to the darkest of the Children of Gaia caerns.

Known Fallen

Mother: The wise old Theurge, who was loved and respected globally who was slain by formori.

Rachel: A beautiful Metis, who tragically became tainted and was slain by Constantine.

Rod Peterson: One time Caern leader, Mother’s trusted aid and best human friend of EST, died slaying Mother’s reincarnated Bane.

Razor Back: EST’s best friend and a great Ahroun, was slain in a Caern assault.

EST: Slain by the other Red Talons for being too weak to lead.

White Patch: Still missing and shunned after betraying the caern.

Streaks: Another traitor although he is reported to have been slain by Vampires in London.

Danny, John Keenan, Big Mike: All slain defending the Caern from invasion. A small shrine marks the site where they fell.

John Constantine: The shamed Garou now missing in action. Few will mention his name after he left the original pack to the Wyrm. Although not officially responsible many connect him with the deaths of fallen Garou

Corvak Malkov: A Silver Fang that was replaced by a Haephodant and eventually caused the fall of the Caern.
