RPG Rules
We here at the Millenium RPG do not impose many rules upon our players, however, the rules that we DO impose we take VERY seriously. It is to your own advantage to read over these and abide by them.
1. Respect all players and their property. (This includes characters and ideas.)
2. Respect the oppinion of the moderators and administrators. What they say is FINAL.
3. All flame wars/player feuds are to be resolved off of the boards. Any violators will be punished by the administration.
4. All characters should be approved before playing. Do this by posting a "Tech Spec" (See Character Creation) on the "Technical Specifications" Forum.
5. This RPG may contain some violence because it is based upon a TV series that often DOES contain violence. All people who might be offended by a film rated "pg-13" should take this into consideration, or maybe take a look around before applying.
6. Our foremost goal is to have fun. Therefore, all decisions Administrators and Moderators make should be aimed at making this RPG an enjoyable experience to all.
RPG Guidelines
The suggestions in this section are just those: Suggestions. These aren't really rules, but are considered good etiquette:
1. When we're all gathered in one big thread, if you could avoid posting too many times a day, it would be greatly appreciated. A number of our members often can't get online more than once or twice a day. It's easy for them to fall behind and it becomes difficult for them to RPG with everyone that's posting frequently. If you want to post a lot, it would be easier if you started a second thread where you could start up a side story for that situation. You and other members that post frequently can do your bit, and take part less frequently in the thread with a big gathering, allowing everyone a chance to take part.
2. A good rule of thumb for characters is to start small. Start with one or two characters. Then, if you feel comfortable with that and have an idea for a char that you just CAN'T pass up, post him/her for approval. Use your good judgement. We have no character limit.
