I have writen this page for many reasons and have made it here for others to see. I will mearly list the important reasons why this page is here.
1. Back when alot of ops where akicked happy and such... I used to wonder why some servers were banned from my fav rooms that I could not get in and I used to think I was the reason from them and I hated it, not knowing the reason. So I feel that if I share and show them to you why, you will not feel the same way.
2. I feel... that if a User or "Server" is banned should be able to look up why first befor thinking that the channel or room owner or ops there are just asses and doing it cause they can, when in all truth, that is not the case. As the saying goes:

If you should feel at any time that you should not be on this list and wish to talk about it with a respentive.
