The Rogue Brotherhood
    The Rogue Brotherhood was a band of brigands who operated out of the city of Almite.  They were defeated in Almite in the Balance.  Their leader was assassinated by the heroes in the aforementioned adventure, and the membership returned to farming once the money ceased flowing into the Brotherhood.

The Seven Nobles of Tarad
    The seven nobles of Tarad each control a portion of the continent. The nobles are Lord Milnor Vargess of Ryshard, (Rillian's father), Lady Anorre Warnim of Arhal, Lord Trabon Artin (a dwarven thane as well), Lord Thamior Naîlo (an elven lord), Lady Drusilia Ilphukiir (an elven lady), Lady Emen (an half-orc lady), and Lord Vilhelm Zint.

Notes: Entering the prestige class, Mage of the Arcane Order, requires membership in this organization. The Arcane Order is based out of the city of Falla, capital of the Falion Empire. The Arcane order exists to further magical understanding, especially in the area of a primordial magical grammar, that is rumored to be the source of metamagic.
