The Digital World is in peril. Years ago the Royal Family lost power due to the kidnapping of the youngest daughter, who has yet to be seen since the incident. Around the same time, a secret unofficial organization launched a project known as Project Shatter, in which digimon are taken and their shape and outward appearance is that of a humans. Once in human form and being fit to pass as bio-engineered experiments, the digi-alters, or digital alterations, are then sold to the highest bidder. Atleast, if any one experiment would stay alive...
Despite all failures, Project Shatter continues to capture digimon all around the world and even bugging portals in the Digital World to ttransfer a digimon from the Digital World to earth. Anyone who dares interfere is sought fit to be terminated. The mission of the Chosen Ones: stop Project Shatter, find the princess, and stop the war before the digital world is brought to ruin.
